We are seeking a skilled HAND TOSSED PIZZA CHEF to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh dough, traditional Italian ingredients, and high-volume production. Reliability, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
Hand-stretch/prepare pizzas and similar menu items in a fast-paced environmentManage dough rotation, quality, and safetyCook using stone-deck, stack ovensMaintain consistancy in quality, presentation, and timingKeep a clean, stocked station while following all food safety and sanitation standards.Qualifications:
