Principle Accountabilities
ITS has an urgent need for a Terminal Coordinator for one our largest customer's facilities in Jacksonville, FL. This role contributes to the daily activities for dock operations in support of the customer's terminal in which they are domiciled. Responsibilities include ensuring drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.Work collaboratively with drivers to ensure on time arrival and departures.Monitor trailer pool to proactively escalate equipment shortages.Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members in a professional and respectful manner.Escalate all safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members proactively.Verify all information on paperwork is correct.Update applicable systems with the most up to date information for the team to have visibility and transparency of operations.Position Requirements
Experience in fleet, transportation, Warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.Excellent communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with customers, drivers, peers.Has a strong sense of urgency and reacts and works well in fast-paced, deadline driven, and high-pressure situations; remains calm and performs well in stressful or emergency situations.Strong work ethic and internally motivated to exceed all commitments and requirements of the position.Knowledge of the region and surrounding areas.Compensation

Position Summary
The Senior Client Experience Manager will be based at our York, PA, warehouse, and will report to the Vice President, Client Success. This position provides overall supervision to the customer service department and ensures that all operations run in an effective and professional manner.
Principle Accountabilities
Additional duties include but are not limited to:
Executes goals and objectives set by Leadership to ensure excellent service to the company's internal and external clients.Fosters an energetic and collaborative Customer Service environment and partnership, working with Operations Management to provide the best end-to-end service to the client.Plans and directs the activities of the Customer Service Department.Creates a continuous learning environment for all Customer Service team members.Creates and/or oversees that SOP's are written for all Customer Service processes, procedures, and functions.Coordinates special and last-minute shipping requests, expediting orders as necessary.Understands and complies with all regulatory shipping documentation requirements.Continuously provides new ideas that promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Service Department.Ensure delivery of business products and services within established timeframes. About the Position
We are looking for a high energy individual to join our rapidly growing organization. The Logistics Associate (LA) has an opportunity to build a successful career in the trillion-dollar supply chain and logistics industry, with no previous experience required. We invest deeply in our new hires by providing up to 2 weeks of paid training to prepare them for their important role as a member of our brokerage team. The LA role will serve as a member of our logistics brokerage teams and will help support our client logistics coordination and communication. The LA will report directly to the Strategic Account Manager and will work closely with various members of the brokerage team. Key responsibilities may include:
Tracking shipments through their lifecycle using our cutting-edge technology systems to ensure 100% visibility to our customers for all shipments.Responsible for ensuring excellence in our data integrity.Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner, including shipment status updates, communicating with customers and updating to customer portals.Schedule pickup and delivery appointments at pre-arranged facilities.Collect paperwork and ensure records are updated appropriately.Organization of team documents and standard operating procedures.Additional duties as assigned.About The Requirements
