itD is seeking a Laser Safety Specialist (Business Operations – Compliance Specialist V) to support Meta's Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) organization by ensuring laser and radiation safety compliance across research and product development laboratories. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in laser and radiation safety, regulatory compliance, and laboratory safety programs, with a proven ability to perform safety assessments, implement corrective actions, and support cross-functional engineering and research teams in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

12+ years of progressive experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.Technical expertise in industrial water use, wastewater discharge, water efficiency practices, and U.S. water policy and permitting.Experience managing permitting and construction of water infrastructure projects.Experience leading large, cross-functional infrastructure or technical programs.Strong knowledge of water and wastewater compliance, regulatory requirements, and utility coordination.Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Technical Project Manager II
itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to support the planning, execution, and optimization of live and pre-recorded media experiences across immersive platforms. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across broadcast operations, streaming technology, vendor management, and platform initiatives to ensure high-quality event execution at scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in video content operations, broadcast engineering, streaming platforms, and technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering reliable live media workflows, resolving technical challenges, and improving operational processes.
Location: Remote – PST working hours preferred (Occasional weekend on-call support may be required after ramp-up)

Responsibilities
Serve as a key technical point of contact for vendor engagement, live event support, and operational execution across live and video-on-demand workflows.Support and enable vendor teams by providing guidance, training, and operational support to ensure accurate and efficient event delivery.Monitor live broadcasts in real time, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolution with engineering and production teams.Design and document media workflow architectures, including signal paths, contribution pipelines, and distribution processes.Validate streaming workflows including ingest configurations, encoding/transcoding processes, data integrity, failover procedures, and quality assurance checkpoints.Apply knowledge of streaming infrastructure, including ingest protocols, adaptive bitrate packaging, content delivery networks, and playback workflows to improve platform reliability.Translate operational requirements into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans for platform features.Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, escalation workflows, and process improvements.Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, including defining scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Partner with Engineering, Product, Production, and Partnerships teams to drive alignment and resolve execution challenges.Lead vendor evaluations, integration testing, and platform readiness assessments for new broadcast initiatives.Develop and maintain automation and AI-based tooling solutions to improve operational efficiency.Internal Responsibilities

3+ years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, streaming media, or related technical roles within entertainment/media industries.Experience supporting live broadcast environments, including switching, routing, signal path design, network monitoring, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of broadcast contribution and distribution standards such as SMPTE ST 2110/2022, SCTE-35, data workflows, and closed captioning.Experience with streaming platform fundamentals, including ingest protocols (RTMP, SRT, RIST), transcoding/encoding workflows, adaptive bitrate packaging (HLS, DASH), and CDN delivery.Experience managing technical projects across multiple teams and priorities.Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.Preferred Qualifications and Skills
