This role ensures the stability, scalability, and performance of all applications and services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in development practices and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design and implement stable, scalable, and extensible software solutions. Ensure adherence to secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and standards. Drive the design and development of services and applications to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs). Work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions that deliver business value. Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles affecting operational efficiency and service continuity. Provide ongoing support for developed applications and services, ensuring timely issue resolution.
