iSphere is looking for a Solution Implementation Specialist who can lead client deployments without sounding robotic, panicking during go-lives, or hiding behind “per my last email” every time something gets messy.
This role sits inside a client-facing technology operations team supporting SaaS implementations from discovery through post-live support. The work includes demos, configuration, testing, training, deployment, adoption support, and helping clients successfully roll systems out into real operational environments where not everyone loves technology as much as IT does.
A big part of this role is translating operational reality into workable solutions. Sometimes the software works perfectly in theory. Then somebody in the field explains what actually happens day to day and suddenly half the workflow needs to change. That’s the kind of gap this role helps solve.
You’ll work closely with clients, internal product teams, operations groups, and leadership teams to keep deployments moving while making sure communication stays clear and expectations stay realistic.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise F5 BIG-IP environments. The selected engineer will be responsible for application delivery, load balancing, security, high availability, and complex Layer 4 through Layer 7 network troubleshooting.
This is not an operations or administrator position. We need an experienced F5 engineer who has led enterprise implementations, migrations, upgrades, and modernization efforts within mission-critical production environments.
The Senior F5 Network Engineer will work extensively with BIG-IP LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM or Advanced WAF, and BIG-IQ. This person will create and maintain virtual servers, pools, nodes, health monitors, SSL profiles, and Wide IPs while developing and troubleshooting complex F5 iRules.
The engineer will also plan and execute BIG-IP platform upgrades and migrations, configure highly available F5 environments, troubleshoot application-delivery issues, and partner with application, infrastructure, networking, and Information Security teams. Responsibilities will include SSL offloading, web application firewall support, blocking malicious traffic, and maintaining secure and reliable application delivery.
Candidates should have:

This is not a quantum computing research role. We need a senior security architect who understands how cryptography is used across a large enterprise and can create a practical plan for protecting sensitive systems and data as quantum-computing risks continue to develop.
The selected architect will assess the organization’s current cryptographic environment, identify exposure to “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” risks, and build a multi-year roadmap for moving from RSA and ECC technologies to NIST-approved Post-Quantum Cryptography standards. This will include developing a Cryptographic Bill of Materials and evaluating PKI, certificates, HSMs, key management, IAM, VPNs, TLS, cloud platforms, applications, and data-protection technologies.
This person will also design a crypto-agile enterprise architecture that allows cryptographic algorithms and technologies to be replaced without requiring major system redesigns. The architect will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, development, legal, procurement, vendors, and executive leadership to prioritize risks and guide enterprise-wide modernization efforts.
The role will include evaluating vendor readiness, leading proof-of-concept implementations, documenting architecture decisions, and presenting risks, recommendations, and migration strategies to senior leadership.
Candidates should have:
• 10 or more years of experience in enterprise security architecture, cybersecurity, or infrastructure architecture
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise cryptography, PKI, digital certificates, certificate lifecycle management, key management systems, and Hardware Security Modules
• Strong experience with TLS, VPNs, Identity and Access Management, and enterprise security architecture
