    Maintenance Office Administrator

    Port Arthur, TX
    Onsite only
    8+ month contract

We’re looking for a Maintenance Office Administrator who can bring structure, accuracy, and follow-through to a busy maintenance environment. This role is the hub for work orders, reporting, scheduling support, and day-to-day coordination between maintenance, operations, and supply chain.

If you’re someone who thrives on keeping things organized, catching details others miss, and making sure information flows where it needs to, you’ll fit right in here.

    Must haves

    • Administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a maintenance, industrial, or technical environment
    • Strong computer skills with Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
    • Strong organizational and communication abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

    Nice to have

    • Experience working with a CMMS system such as SAP
    • Experience in refinery, manufacturing, or industrial environments
    • Familiarity with maintenance terminology and workflows

In this role you’ll manage and process work orders, ensuring labor hours, materials, and documentation are accurate and complete. You’ll track work status, flag overdue items, and help keep maintenance activities aligned and on schedule.

You’ll also support reporting by preparing backlog summaries, labor reports, and headcount updates. On the administrative side, you’ll handle calendars, documentation, onboarding support, SharePoint updates, and coordination across departments.

You’ll work closely with technicians, supervisors, and contractors, helping answer basic system questions, organizing documentation, and supporting daily maintenance meetings.

This role plays a key part in keeping maintenance operations efficient, documented, and compliant.

At iSphere, we value people who bring consistency and reliability to fast-moving environments. If you’re someone who enjoys being the go-to person that keeps everything organized and on track, we’d love to connect.

If you’re in the Port Arthur area and ready for an onsite role supporting critical maintenance operations, let’s talk.

    Senior Data Analytics Engineer
Python / Snowflake / Supply Chain

    Houston, TX
    20% onsite
    6+ month contract

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Engineer who can take complex manufacturing and supply chain data and turn it into scalable, production-ready solutions that actually impact the business. This is not a reporting-only role. It’s about building data products, integrating systems, and delivering insights that influence decisions across operations and finance.

You’ll work across Python, Snowflake, and modern visualization tools to design, build, and deploy analytics solutions in an Agile environment. You’ll also partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure the output drives measurable value.

    Some data roles build dashboards.

    Others drive real operational change.

    Must haves

    • Advanced hands-on experience with Python and Snowflake SQL
    • Strong experience designing and working within Snowflake architecture, including migration across environments
    • Experience building interactive visualizations using Power BI, Sigma, QlikView, Streamlit, or similar tools
    • 5+ years working with manufacturing or supply chain data environments
    • Experience working with ERP or MRP systems and data structures
    • Strong understanding of operational workflows such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and demand-to-deliver
    • Experience wrangling large-scale relational datasets
    • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated workflows
    • Experience deploying solutions in cloud-native environments
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact

    Nice to have

    • Experience with containerization and deploying scalable applications
    • Experience building APIs and managing service accounts securely
    • Experience with TDD, rollback strategies, and production-safe deployment practices
    • Experience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
    • Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD)
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations

In this role you’ll build and deploy data pipelines, analytics applications, and dashboards that support operational decision-making. You’ll work with ERP data, develop solutions that integrate across systems, and ensure analytics outputs align with real business processes.

You’ll also participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily collaboration, and continuous iteration to improve solutions over time.

At iSphere, we value engineers who don’t just analyze data but use it to drive business outcomes. If you’re someone who enjoys building scalable analytics solutions and seeing the direct impact of your work on operations, we’d love to connect.

If you’re in the Houston area and ready to work on high-impact supply chain and manufacturing analytics, let’s talk.
