Job Description
iSMASH is seeking dependable and energetic Part-Time Retail Associates to support daily operations. Associates may work Front-End (customer-facing) or Back-End (operations-focused) shifts and will help ensure a clean, safe, and fun experience for all guests.
No prior experience required — training provided.
Responsibilities
Front-End (Customer Service):
Greet and assist customers upon arrival
Answer questions about activities, packages, and policies
Check customers in and out and process payments (POS system)
Recommend activities, promotions, and upgrades
Maintain a clean and organized customer area
Communicate with back-end staff to ensure smooth operations
Back-End (Operations):
Set up and clean activity rooms
Prepare and clean customer gear
Receive, organize, and restock inventory
Maintain inventory procedures
Remove waste and keep work areas clean
Perform cleaning duties before opening and after closing
Heavy lifting required
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
No experience necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Basic computer and math skills (Front-End)
Ability to stay organized and follow procedures (Back-End)
Comfortable performing cleaning and setup duties
