Requirements:Job Requirements:Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotelEnsuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all timesReceiving food and beverage orders as neededFollow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests Preparing and plating all food items on the menuUsing hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
Job Qualifications:Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage itemsHighly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsBasic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment
