Our reputation is built on quality, personalized service, and attention to detail.Reporting to the owner, the tire technician will be responsible for the assessment, replacement, repair, rotation, studding and/or retreading of tires, as well as maintaining an inventory of equipment needed to ensure each automobile is in a good state, while providing outstanding customer services to our customers.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles for correct tire pressure and visible damageAssess the wear and tear of the tires and provide recommendations to clientsPerform tire rotations to ensure even tire wearRepair tire punctures and install new tires as requiredBalance wheels to ensure a smooth rideConduct alignment checks and perform wheel alignmentsAdvise customers on tire options and benefits depending on their driving habits and preferencesMaintain inventory control, order materials and manage stock levelsEnsure safety procedures are adhered to during all operationsProvide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and complaintsEssential RequirementsProven work experience as a Tire Technician or similar role in an automotive setting.Good understanding of tire repair and maintenance techniques.The ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.Proficient in the use of tire repair and balancing equipment.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license.Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and communications skills.Our company is an equal opportunity employer with a drug-free workplace.
