Coordinate with onsite trades as required. Attend customer's weekly job meetings. Utilize and evaluate the Labor Cost to Complete to recognize and improve labor efficiencies. Submit CTC completion list to PM team weekly. Supervise field staff on the project including documenting performance; assists with performance reviews. Train carpenters and laborers in ISEC installation and material handling methods. Establish and communicate day-to-day goals, develop methods, techniques, and systems to improve project outcome. Coordinate and supervise material deliveries with project management and customer, arrange manpower and equipment, unload, document damage or shortages and distribute to installation location.
