PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
Skills Required: College Degree in Engineering field; EIT completed or in process
Assist Custom Engineering Lead/Project Manager – will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Engineer who assigns all engineering tasks; may also be assigned directly to a project management team; should be in constant contact with whomever they directly report to, updating them on tasks and letting them know their status at the end of day
Custom Engineer (Basic) – responsible for daily custom engineering packages which typically include, but are not limited to, one of the following: basic anchor calcs, custom suspended support designs, wall supports, riser supports, and roof mounted designs
Gather Information for Custom Engineering Packages (Basic) – with the assistance of Senior Engineers, must be able to communicate with PMs, sales staff, and even clients to obtain all necessary information regarding the engineering documents needed for your tasks
Seismic Layouts (Basic) – must have a working knowledge of the ISAT manual and rules for laying out standard bracing, including how to create a bracing legend, coversheet, and correctly annotated layout on projects for all trades, configurations, and for the CBC, IBC, and UFC
Program Proficiency (Basic) – must learn the basics of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
Organization – must be able to keep a clean and organized work environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make 6–10 daily sales calls to generate new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers to expand market share.Promote and sell all Tomarco/ISAT proprietary products and PHD products (ISAT, CEAS, Prefab, Fabrication, Kinetics, BBH, etc.) as the core business focus, leveraging these to secure gross-margin-acceptable business.Execute a sales plan in the Sumner, WA territory to meet or exceed sales goals.Conduct daily cold calls and on-site visits to contractors’ offices and job sites.Deliver product demonstrations and customer presentations, collaborating with Senior MEP Specialists when technical expertise is needed.Work closely with the sales manager to align strategy and ensure you have the tools and support necessary to achieve collective goals.Solicit and target specific projects and decision-makers in general commercial construction, healthcare, and technology sectors, with a focus on large capital projects in both public and private markets.Collaborate with ISAT technical support and fabrication teams to provide tailored engineering solutions and ensure customer expectations are met.Become proficient in the means and methods of MEP contractors (hangers/supports, vibration isolation, risers, constructability trends).Monitor and report competitor activity in the region, sharing insights with Technical Support, Sales, and Corporate teams to maximize business growth.Stay informed on industry trends, building codes, and seismic requirements, including:2018 IBC2024 IBC2019 CBC2022 CBC2022 CBC HCAI/OSHPD, ASCE 7-16 and 7-22Other applicable local and federal codesParticipate in ISAT’s in-depth seismic training, code knowledge, and sales strategy programs.Work with sales leadership and technical staff to monitor construction activity, motivate the team, and increase sales levels through leadership and technical expertise.Ensure accounts pay within company terms; collections are a core part of the sales cycle. Partner with Fremont’s local collection team to support timely payments and communicate with clients as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of sales experience (construction/MEP industry preferred).Knowledge of construction; ability to read construction plans is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly personality.Professional, clean appearance; organized and punctual.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.Willingness to travel locally to job sites and contractor offices daily.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.Further Qualifications: The successful candidate must also pass a background check.

The primary role of the Project Coordinator (PC) is to maximize the efficiency of the Project Management team while maintaining excellent communication between customers, PM, and design staff. In this role you will work with the ISAT Project Management, Technical, and Administrative staff to optimize the success of the project, ensuring all active projects stay on budget and schedule. As a PC you share the responsibility of establishing, maintaining, and enforcing the policies, procedures, and systems (both local and corporate) necessary for the long-term operational success of the technical side of our business. This position is in-office, full-time, and regular attendance is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Foster a culture of accountability and high-performance standards within the team.Prioritize and reorganize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.After the PO is secured, work closely with a Project Manager (PM) to gather information, help open lines of communication with the client, and begin tracking project deliverables.Responsible for setting up kickoff meetings with clients on high-value projects. Will take meeting minutes, fill out the Project Information Worksheet (PIW), provide a Point of Contact list, and assemble product submittals to ensure the project gets off to a good start.Become proficient in proprietary Project Management Software (Nexus) and assist PMs in entering information and tracking projects and their deliverables.Use established project management tools to track and monitor the progress of all ongoing projects while also developing new tools and systems as necessary.Work with PM Teams to create and track orders, while also providing logistical information to clients.Work closely with the ISAT Administrative support staff to create Sales Orders, Material Releases, and Vendor POs. Help keep track of all orders to ensure they are invoiced properly and in a timely manner.Identify opportunities within existing ISAT clients and projects, and work with Sales team to capture sales opportunities and relationships that impact the generation of billing dollars.Develop an in-depth knowledge of what products/components could be utilized on projects and be able to apply the ISAT line of supported products.Keep a clean and organized work environment.The employee might be asked to perform duties not listed in this job description, but which are also considered to be essential to the employment position.LEARNING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a project support, project coordination, or administrative role within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar project management/construction software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, designers, clients, and administrative staff.

INTRODUCTION
ISAT Total Support, a leader in seismic engineering consulting services and nonstructural seismic bracing products, is seeking an experienced Licensed Structural Engineer to support our Las Vegas operations and surrounding region within our Custom Engineering Division.
This role is essential in ensuring top-tier design standards and safety across commercial and industrial construction projects. The Structural Engineer will operate with a high level of autonomy, independently performing engineering analysis and stamping design packages while collaborating with corporate engineering leadership for alignment and support. The position brings technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Active Professional Engineering (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license strongly preferred. Must have the ability to stamp engineering calculations and drawings. Minimum 5 years of progressive engineering experience. Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards, including IBC, ASCE, ACI, NDS, AISC, AISI, and UFC; familiarity with Nevada amendments (OSHPD and DSA) is a plus. Experience in seismic bracing, pipe support design, or custom structural applications preferred. Skilled in RISA-3D, STAAD, Enercalc, MathCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Support field teams in executing installation plans for structural, mechanical, or seismic systems.Conduct job walks and site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements.Assist in managing on-site logistics, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.Track daily progress and assist with updates on scheduling and task completion.Maintain and organize project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, logs, trackers, and correspondence.Manage Nexus to organize and optimize project data.Attend project meetings, participate actively, and record clear, detailed meeting minutes.Create and maintain project logs, spreadsheets, and trackers for deliverables, tasks, and scheduling.Draft purchase orders under guidance from the Project Manager; coordinate issuance and tracking.Track billable hours and assist with accurate billing processes.Develop and revise purchasing worksheets based on evolving project needs.Monitor and support schedule management, including documenting and executing schedule change orders.Escalate project delays or field issues to the Project Manager or Senior Coordinator as needed.Interact professionally with customers, engineers, PMs, and sales staff to facilitate project success.Conduct procurement activities, including identifying quality products, vendor outreach, contract prep, and negotiations.Monitor vendor performance, track deliveries, and report back-ordered, changed, or missing items immediately.Coordinate with engineering teams to align project requirements with product and service needs.Monitor project budgets, material costs, and delivery expenses to support cost control.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with management, suppliers, and field staff.Contribute to developing and maintaining an effective purchase order tracking system.Perform other duties and adapt to additional tasks as required to meet project and team goals.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
3–5 years of experience in field support, project coordination, or construction operations.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, construction drawings, and applicable regulations.Effective oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.Proficient in writing business correspondence and presenting information to both internal teams and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and file/document management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic mathematical skills for calculating variances, financial ratios, and field measurements.Experience with or willingness to learn software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.Basic understanding or willingness to learn applicable industry codes, including ASCE-7, IBC, UFC, and CBC.OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites as needed.Adaptable, dependable, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Further Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager leads project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions. This role oversees project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions to keep work on track. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams, clients, and field personnel to maintain alignment, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement across all phases of a project.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Design Engineer position supports both the Engineering and Sales teams across ISAT’s nationwide branches. You will be responsible for preparing custom engineering packages, providing technical support, producing accurate drawings, managing project files, and working closely with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.
This role blends engineering design, project coordination, technical communication, and product knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist Custom Engineering Lead/Project Manager – will assigns all engineering tasks; may also be assigned directly to a project management team; should be in constant contact with whomever they directly report to, updating them on tasks and letting them know their status at the end of day.
• Custom Engineer – responsible for daily custom engineering packages which typically include, but are not limited to, one of the following: basic anchor calcs, custom suspended support designs, wall supports, riser supports, and roof mounted designs.
• Billing – must understand our billing tracking software (Nexus) and how to input ALL hours whether it is for a project, administrative, or personal leave.
• Gather Information for Custom Engineering Packages (Basic) – with the assistance of Senior Engineers, must be able to communicate with PMs, sales staff, and even clients to obtain all necessary information regarding the engineering documents needed for your tasks.
• Custom Engineer Package Submittals – must be able to build basic custom engineering submittals including coversheets, back up calcs, and supporting documents.
• Detail Drafting – must be able to create accurate details using AutoCAD and/or Revit for all custom engineering packages using the right annotations, scale, and callouts for such things as welds, torque, and correct parts and pieces.
• Generate Quotes - Work directly with Salesmen and Branch PM's to help generate scope of work forms, and quotations for services.
• Seismic Layouts – must have a in depth knowledge of the ISAT manual and rules for laying out standard bracing, including how to create a bracing legend, coversheet, and correctly annotated layout on projects for all trades, configurations, and for the CBC, IBC, and UFC.
• Product Knowledge - Have an in-depth knowledge of what products/parts could be utilized on projects and be able to apply the ISAT line of supported products. Able to create and catalog new applications of support systems and help create better solutions for the future.
• Communication – must be able to communicate in all forms of correspondence folders and related to projects associated with; will create transmittals, send follow up emails after coordination meetings, etc.; all related communication needs to be electronically documented in project folders, and CC’d to the Lead.
• Project File Management – must have a working knowledge of our file structure and be able to keep all file folders current and organized; must understand where various files need to be put so all personnel have them readily and easily available.
• Program Proficiency – must learn the basics of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Code Knowledge – will acquire a basic knowledge of all codes pertinent to custom engineering, particularly the ASCE-7, IBC, UFC and how they govern seismic engineering.
• Organization – must be able to keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned – The employee might be asked to perform duties not listed in this job description, but which are also considered to be essential to the employment position.
• General – Responsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of the devices, computers, and equipment in the department. Responsible for reporting any suspicious activity.

• 3D Modeling and Coordination – must have a working knowledge of 3D modeling and how to create custom parts that meet your details for coordination; must understand how to do basic modeling of standard ISAT products and how to use Navis and/or Revit to coordinate location and fixes based on field conditions.
• Custom Engineering – must be capable of creating custom engineering packages ISAT works on in a very efficient manner; will begin to have a more in-depth working knowledge of floor mounted equipment with vibration isolation, and complex frames; must identify and provide solutions for “grey areas” within the code.
• Submittal Response – must be able to craft appropriate (professional) documents/correspondence in response to SEOR/DSE comments to include revisions of drawings to meet the demands of the project design team.
• Scheduling – must have a working knowledge of time frames in relation to all technical aspects of basic engineering tasks and be able to gauge them for scheduling of resources, both internally and externally; must be able to balance schedules of multiple tasks and cross check with the Engineering Group and entire branch PM staff on workloads.
• Project Scope Control and Capturing Changes –be able to understand what a typical package requires and be able to identify when the engineering is outside the assigned task; must be able to identify these items to the custom engineering lead, the salesman, and the PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessment of piping systems to determine the need for flexibility analysis and whether a formal analysis is necessary per the appropriate ASME B31 code.Perform ASME B31 pipe stress analysis using hand calculations and analytical methods with software to evaluate sustained, pressure, displacement range and occasional loading requirements as outlined in Chapter 2 of ASME B31.1.Use of Autopipe, STAAD, Solidworks FEA and hand calculations for piping analysis and support/restraint design in a 3D environment.Coordinate and communicate with clients in a 3D environment using Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Fabrication CADMEP, Navisworks, etc.Working with in-house Structural Engineers, develop a series of (standard) installation details to anchor/guide pipes to accommodate the loading conditions determined during analysis to include details for shaft risers, wall mounted systems, systems supported by moment frames, vibration isolated systems, etc.Understanding, clarifying, and controlling project scopes of work.Assisting in developing quotes and cost analysis for projects.Developing cost-effective engineering solutions.Develop a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and standards as they relate to pipe design, thermal stresses, and seismic loading to include (but not limited to): ASME B31 codes and standards, ASME BPVC, NUREG, MSS standards, International Building Code (IBC), ASCE 7, and ASHRAE.Engineering statics, solid mechanics, fastening design, anchor/beam calculations.2D/3D CAD detailing of supports on MEP systems in 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings/models.Interface with 3rd party reviewing entities including but not limited to project design teams, engineers, and local authorities.Answering engineering questions and providing information to clients on the phone, in person, or in writing.QUALIFICATIONS:
