ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessment of piping systems to determine the need for flexibility analysis and whether a formal analysis is necessary per the appropriate ASME B31 code.Perform ASME B31 pipe stress analysis using hand calculations and analytical methods with software to evaluate sustained, pressure, displacement range and occasional loading requirements as outlined in Chapter 2 of ASME B31.1.Use of Autopipe, STAAD, Solidworks FEA and hand calculations for piping analysis and support/restraint design in a 3D environment.Coordinate and communicate with clients in a 3D environment using Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Fabrication CADMEP, Navisworks, etc.Working with in-house Structural Engineers, develop a series of (standard) installation details to anchor/guide pipes to accommodate the loading conditions determined during analysis to include details for shaft risers, wall mounted systems, systems supported by moment frames, vibration isolated systems, etc.Understanding, clarifying, and controlling project scopes of work.Assisting in developing quotes and cost analysis for projects.Developing cost-effective engineering solutions.Develop a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and standards as they relate to pipe design, thermal stresses, and seismic loading to include (but not limited to): ASME B31 codes and standards, ASME BPVC, NUREG, MSS standards, International Building Code (IBC), ASCE 7, and ASHRAE.Engineering statics, solid mechanics, fastening design, anchor/beam calculations.2D/3D CAD detailing of supports on MEP systems in 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings/models.Interface with 3rd party reviewing entities including but not limited to project design teams, engineers, and local authorities.Answering engineering questions and providing information to clients on the phone, in person, or in writing.QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 2 years of experience in conducting ASME B31 pipe stress analysisMechanical PE license, preferably in the state of California (Preferred, all levels considered)Special consideration will be given to candidates with a working understanding of the following: Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and/or Fire Protection system basic construction; including engineering terms, drawings, and trade specific experience.

ISAT Total Support, a leader in seismic engineering consulting services and nonstructural seismic bracing products, is seeking an experienced Licensed Structural Engineer to support our Las Vegas operations and surrounding region within our Custom Engineering Division.
This role is essential in ensuring top-tier design standards and safety across commercial and industrial construction projects. The Structural Engineer will operate with a high level of autonomy, independently performing engineering analysis and stamping design packages while collaborating with corporate engineering leadership for alignment and support. PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
The Collections Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day recovery of outstanding receivables, working directly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve past-due balances and ensure timely payment. This role manages an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, performs consistent collection follow-up, and documents all activity within company systems. The Collections Specialist supports company cash flow goals by reducing delinquency, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining professional, productive relationships with customers throughout the collection process. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Collections Activity
Perform outbound collection calls and email follow-up on assigned aged accounts in accordance with department procedures.Send dunning letters, statements, and payment reminders at the appropriate aging intervals.Negotiate payment arrangements within approval authority and document all commitments.Research and resolve short pays, deductions, and unapplied cash in coordination with the AR team.Escalate complex or high-dollar accounts to the Collections Manager with a clear recommendation.Account & Dispute Resolution
Investigate billing discrepancies, missing PO numbers, pricing disputes, and delivery issues; coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and AR for resolution.Process and track customer disputes through to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up on all open items.Maintain accurate, detailed collection notes and account histories within Sage, Nexus, and Laserfiche.Assist with the preparation of preliminary notices, lien documents, and bond claim packages as directed.Reporting & Administrative Support
Review aging reports daily and prioritize collection activity based on dollar value, age, and risk.Provide regular status updates to the Collections Manager on portfolio performance, problem accounts, and payment commitments.Support month-end close activities, including reconciliation of assigned accounts and cash application research.Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with company retention policies.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Project Management to resolve customer issues that impact payment.Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and general contractors at all times, representing ISAT positively.Assist with administrative or departmental support as needed to maintain workflow continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of B2B collections experience required; construction industry experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with lien rights, preliminary notices, joint checks, and bond claims is a plus.Working knowledge of Sage, Nexus, Laserfiche, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in account documentation.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Further Qualifications- The successful candidate must also pass a background check.

The primary role of the Project Coordinator (PC) is to maximize the efficiency of the Project Management team while maintaining excellent communication between customers, PM, and design staff. In this role you will work with the ISAT Project Management, Technical, and Administrative staff to optimize the success of the project, ensuring all active projects stay on budget and schedule. As a PC you share the responsibility of establishing, maintaining, and enforcing the policies, procedures, and systems (both local and corporate) necessary for the long-term operational success of the technical side of our business. This position is in-office, full-time, and regular attendance is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Foster a culture of accountability and high-performance standards within the team.Prioritize and reorganize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.After the PO is secured, work closely with a Project Manager (PM) to gather information, help open lines of communication with the client, and begin tracking project deliverables.Responsible for setting up kickoff meetings with clients on high-value projects. Will take meeting minutes, fill out the Project Information Worksheet (PIW), provide a Point of Contact list, and assemble product submittals to ensure the project gets off to a good start.Become proficient in proprietary Project Management Software (Nexus) and assist PMs in entering information and tracking projects and their deliverables.Use established project management tools to track and monitor the progress of all ongoing projects while also developing new tools and systems as necessary.Work with PM Teams to create and track orders, while also providing logistical information to clients.Work closely with the ISAT Administrative support staff to create Sales Orders, Material Releases, and Vendor POs. Help keep track of all orders to ensure they are invoiced properly and in a timely manner.Identify opportunities within existing ISAT clients and projects, and work with Sales team to capture sales opportunities and relationships that impact the generation of billing dollars.Develop an in-depth knowledge of what products/components could be utilized on projects and be able to apply the ISAT line of supported products.Keep a clean and organized work environment.The employee might be asked to perform duties not listed in this job description, but which are also considered to be essential to the employment position.LEARNING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Assist with the training of new hires at the branch. Have a working knowledge of training documents and how to assign them to new employees. Provide hands-on teaching and guidance to reinforce their training and growth.Develop and implement a Lean project production system and work coordination routines, including daily check-ins, weekly cycle planning, and phase pull planning.Lead weekly planning and status update meetings, producing progress reports towards project goals.Coordinate the efforts of engineering support teams for the conveyance of multiple process, electrical, and mechanical systems.Develop customer relations and communication skills and perform presentations to contractors, general contractors, owners, inspectors, etc.Able to speak on ISAT's behalf in all forms of correspondence and face-to-face meetings. Most importantly representing ISAT Total Support in front of any audience and able to answer or derive workable solutions to issues.Understand building codes, ISAT manuals, and associated engineering. Able to understand the applications of the IBC, ACI, ASCE, OSHPD CANS/PINS, etc. Use this knowledge to help all technical staff with any in-depth issues and pitfalls.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a project support, project coordination, or administrative role within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar project management/construction software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, designers, clients, and administrative staff.
• Willingness to learn proprietary software (Nexus) and ISAT product lines.
