Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction operations for large-scale
multifamily residential projects throughout the El Segundo and Greater South Bay Area. This is a senior leadership role responsible for field execution, subcontractor management, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality control from project start through closeout.
Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site electrical construction activities for multifamily projects, including podium, wrap, and mixed-use developments Supervise and coordinate electrical foremen, field crews, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contract specifications Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics Coordinate with GCs, project managers, inspectors, utilities, and other trades Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and quality inspections Resolve field issues, conflicts, and constructability challenges Track labor productivity, material deliveries, and work progress Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout Mentor and develop field leadership Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of electrical construction experience
Proven multifamily construction experience required Senior or Lead Electrical Superintendent background Strong NEC and California code knowledge Ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors Excellent leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
