    Job Description:

    Layout, fabrication, and the troubleshooting of installation problems as requiredMonitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipmentPerform quality control measures; oversight to ensure material is installed per code and manufacturer requirements in the most efficient manner possibleUnderstand project scope of work, plan submittals, and equipment requirementsAttend meetings associated with assigned projectsAdhere to all safety regulations and ensure team follows Company standardsMaintain professional customer relationships, communicating complex information to update general contractor, customers, and Project Manager on project status

    Qualifications:

    Provides and directs design and construction services for mechanical systems (plumbing + HVAC) of large new construction of multi-family and commercial projectsEnsures all projects are managed effectively from initiation to closureEffectively plans future work to create and establish project schedules and budgetsDevelops schedules and workload requirements for the project team to ensure effective execution of all planned workProvides supervision of all projects and ensures schedule, budget, and quality requirements are metInspects projects and provides timely updates to senior management and the GCDevelops and implements effective processes to enhance operations and ensures standard operating procedures are updated and implementedUtilizes various Project Management tools to develop reports to monitor and control projectsEnsures all field crew members comply with safety and health regulations

    - EPA Certified

    - Valid Driver’s License
