    Role Overview

    The Senior Marketing Manager, Americas will play a critical role in shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy for assigned segments of the IRCA portfolio. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role designed for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can connect market insights, customer needs, portfolio strategy, and sales execution to drive business growth.

    This position requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: building category plans, leading innovation pipeline priorities, developing customer-facing campaigns, creating high-impact sales tools, and partnering closely with Sales, Culinary, Product Management, Business Development, R&D, and Communications teams.

    The ideal candidate is a strong commercial marketer with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate complex portfolios into compelling customer stories, and support strategic engagements with customers across Food Manufacturing, Chains, Distribution, and In-Store Bakery channels.

    This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to complexity, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the continued growth of IRCA Americas.

    This position requires onsite presence at our Chicago, IL office three days per week (minimum).

They acquired Cesarin, a provider of candied fruits, and Anastasi, a supplier of pistachio ingredients. This deal, successfully completed in March of 2023, is a transformative move for IRCA, establishing them as a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry. We are seeking 2 Sanitation Technician for 2nd shift; Mon-Thrs; 1:30pm-12:20am.  Available to work overtime as scheduled on Friday & Saturday.Essential ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Human safety, food safety, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, and product quality are the highest priorities.  Other duties may be assigned.Replenish supplies, clean restrooms, mop floors, empty trash and replace liners, and all other duties entailing housekeeping.Chemical Inventory reported to Ecolab.  If necessary, order email or review with manager.Assist with wash down inspections.Know and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.  Use chemical dispensing stations.  Knows how to perform titrations and calculate measure concentration.Ability to safely handle full strength chemicals using full PPE.Removing debris from the warehouse and walkways of the facility throughout the shift.  Reusable scrap is separated and loaded onto trailers. Bales cardboard and plastic for recycling.Cleans floors using mop and bucket as well as a walk behind or riding floor scrubber.Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.Dusts furniture and equipment.     Job Purpose: This key position provides leadership and direction to the facility maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for facility projects and repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Responsible for controlling all causes of failure and ensuring full useful equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. ResponsibilitiesGrow all maintenance department initiatives and programs according to the maintenance department Vision and Mission. Ensure that plant personnel understand the Roadmap, our method of forward progression, and their role in the process Quickly build and sustain a professional credibility with plant personnel and your maintenance team by recognizing and addressing priority items for resolution, communicating your analysis, and scheduled solutions for permanent repairs. Engage the maintenance team to structure duties and schedules for maximum effectiveness. Develop a plan and timeline to eliminate emergency repair work and maximize planned and project work. Effectively manage and maximize capability and efficiency of your direct reporting workforce Manage buildings and grounds maintenance to create and maintain optimal safety and performance required for food safe facilities. Plan effective service to a recurring preventive calendar schedule. Audit and manage production equipment for required inspections and certifications. Determine outside resources required to ensure compliance in this area. Prioritize safety and engage personnel to maximize internal capability and communication. Build continuity between maintenance shifts with an effective plan for shift exchange meetings / safety meetings and a transitional schedule for maintenance leads. Include any contractors scheduled to the plant to review required work and requirements for specific safety exposures. Manage technical contractors. This includes creating a contractor package detailing requirements, responsibilities and contract agreements, and installation specifications. RequirementsA four-year college or university program degree in relevant discipline (mechanical, electrical, chemical or food processing), industrial management or other technical discipline required. Or actively seeking such degree with relevant experience and proven accomplishment. Lean manufacturing experience and documented achievements. Excellent troubleshooting expertise for equipment, systems, procedures and personnel. Proven achievements in root cause problem identification leading to permanent problem resolution. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, history of major problem-solving events, and evidence of critical analysis and strategy development skills. Must be able to detail a background of leadership in implementation of sustained improvements to equipment and personnel situations. Experience and evidence of implementing and leading TPM and / or Lean initiatives (including root cause analysis, OEE, 5S, Center-lining, Kaizen, etc.).
