Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to oversee the accounting, financial reporting, and operational activities of multiple private equity funds. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for fund financial statements, capital account maintenance, carried interest and waterfall calculations, portfolio valuations, cash management, performance reporting, and audit and tax coordination. Job DescriptionAs a senior manager on our fund administration team, you’ll work directly with leading private equity and hedge funds clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. You’ll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity and hedge funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.You’ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.You’ll prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.You’ll manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.You’ll prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.What we offer
