    Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc. creates products that that makes dreams a reality. We are a manufacturer and supplier of premier merchandising equipment, including rotationally molded plastic products, wire racks, electric refrigeration, and fabricated portables for food and beverage concessionaires.


    We are also home to Grizzly coolers and products. IRP clientele includes Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser Busch, Miller Coors, Pepsi Co, Gatorade, Coca-Cola, Constellation Brands, Nestlé Waters, and many more of the largest global brands in food & beverage!

    The individual will be in our foam room lifting the various sizes of grizzly coolers and loading them into the press in preparation for them to be injected with foam. After the coolers are finished with being injected the individual will release the clamps and lifting cooler out of press and inspecting the cooler before sending it to the cooler cleaner

    1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

    Working directly with company productsLifting products and loading/ unloading from pressInspecting product before sending off to next station Following gun operator to insert plugs into cooler after foam is injectedOther warehouse duties as requested

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    A high school diploma or GED preferredAbility to work with a team and exercised good judgement in decision makingStrong attention to detailMaintain a safe and clean working environmentSkilled in the use of various power tools, and hand toolsDependable and Reliable workerFrequently lift 50 lbs or moreStanding on feet for an extended period of time

    About the Role

    Join a growing team that builds Grizzly Coolers, beverage units, branded displays, carts, and other IRP-made products recognized across the country. Our Assembly Team Members work across multiple lines and product types—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and a fast-paced environment.

    You don’t need experience—we’ll train you! All we need is reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

    What You’ll Do

    Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring depending on the product line.Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet IRP’s quality standards.Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping.Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.Requirements:

    A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong attendance and reliability.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic mechanical skills or comfort using tools (training provided!).Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements
