The individual will be in our foam room lifting the various sizes of grizzly coolers and loading them into the press in preparation for them to be injected with foam. After the coolers are finished with being injected the individual will release the clamps and lifting cooler out of press and inspecting the cooler before sending it to the cooler cleaner

Our Assembly Team Members work across multiple lines and product types—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and a fast-paced environment.
You don’t need experience—we’ll train you! All we need is reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring depending on the product line.Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet IRP’s quality standards.Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping.Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.Requirements:What We’re Looking For
