The Associate Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue with Interventional Cardiology solutions within a defined geographic territory. This position has responsibility for planning and scheduling activities required to meet customer needs, marketing requirements, and meet service level objectives for installing and supporting all BSC AF Solutions capital equipment and service. Responsible for managing and updating the information in the sales funnel in salesforce.com, tracking of deals through the legal process both internal and external, and being responsible for the project management of new builds in hospitals, coordinating all necessary resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.Collaborates with AFS Sales and Service Managers, Managers, and Reps to assist in the sale of capital and service, ensure clarity of installation requirements and managing support to align with the regional field-sales strategy.For all capital product installations, build on-going communication and collaboration on customer facing elements with local field sales teams. For each installation, conduct pre-install planning ensuring all equipment and hospital IS network requirements are met. Then, serve on-site as key lead of installation process with the regional field team. And after installs, facilitate full transition to regional sales teams and mapping specialists who will operate going forward.Manage the requisitioning and allocation of all materials and supplies required to support all capital installation with the FSE team in timely and sequential manner.Monitor on-time delivery of purchased goods and services to meet manufacturing needs while minimizing inventory investment.Analyze suppliers to establish expectations on installation an implementation strategy to better customer relationship.Own the Capital RFI/ RFP process as hospitals request.What we're looking for in you:
