This role supports precision electronics and RF manufacturing programs where quality, documentation, and consistency are critical.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic and mechanical assemblies
Inspect components and finished products to drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions
Maintain accurate quality and inspection records
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions as needed
Work closely with manufacturing, test, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all quality system, safety, and ESD requirements
QualificationsExperience in quality inspection or quality technician roles within a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Familiarity with quality systems, procedures, or regulated manufacturing environments a plus
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven setting
U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual and regulatory requirements
