    Field Service Technician – Compactor & Baler Repair


    We are seeking a Field Service Technician - Compactor and Baler Repair Tech to join our team, specializing in the repair and maintenance of compactors and balers. $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience) + overtime. Training provided for the right candidate; relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of compactors and balers to ensure optimal performance.

    - Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

    - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

    - Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems as required.

    - Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed.

    - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.

    - Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    - Ability to pass a drug test
