Interstate Power Systems is looking for an experienced Transport Refrigeration Technician that requires extensive knowledge of Carrier and/or Thermo-King refrigeration units. If you have performed all levels of maintenance services on Carrier and/or Thermo-King refrigeration units designed for commercial trucks, vans, and trailers then we want to talk to you!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to install, maintain, and repair Carrier or Thermo-King refrigeration systems and or other transport refrigeration equipment used in various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Carrier and/or Thermo-King refrigeration systems and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Job Duties
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all Carrier and/or Thermo-King refrigeration units.Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex engine conditions and make necessary repairs.Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.Meet requirements for certifications.Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements
