We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our dynamic team.

    Job Description:

    As a Substance Use Disorder Counselor, you will work closely with individuals and their families to provide guidance, support, and therapeutic interventions designed to promote recovery and enhance quality of life. You will develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate group therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and treatment goals.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Offer crisis intervention and support as required.Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders, recovery processes, and available resources.Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and support networks to ensure comprehensive care.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:Valid state licensure or certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor (e.g., ADT, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, LCSW, CSC-AD, LADC, or similar credentials).Minimum of 1 years of experience in counseling individuals with substance use disorders.Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, recovery principles, and mental health issues.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.Preferred Qualifications:

    Familiarity with local resources and support networks.Experience with trauma, PTS, and other mental health issues.Benefits:
