We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing luxury and high-end retail locations throughout Florida. Key Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance & Repair:
Perform scheduled upkeep and on-demand repairs for retail stores and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and various other building systems.
Prompt Response & Issue Resolution:
Respond quickly to service requests and troubleshoot issues with efficiency and accuracy, minimizing downtime for clients.
Equipment & Fixture Management:
Install, repair, and maintain items such as doors, locks, shelving, signage, and other fixtures crucial to a retail environment.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems and equipment are functioning at optimal levels, helping to prevent major issues before they arise.
Client Communication:
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure all maintenance needs are met to their satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to high-end service.
Record-Keeping:
Keep detailed documentation of all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and future maintenance schedules.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Foundational Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.At least 2 years of experience in both retail and facility maintenance.Some background in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems (trade school certifications are a plus).Technical Proficiency (We Will Train as Needed):
Basic knowledge of general building systems (lighting, signage, cabinetry, etc.).Familiarity with tools and equipment for small repairs and installations.Ability to troubleshoot common mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail:
You must be able to diagnose issues quickly and propose effective solutions, with an eye for small details that can impact a retail client’s brand image.
Communication & Teamwork:
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, given the high-end clientele and collaborative nature of the role. You should be comfortable interacting with clients, management, and team members.
Willingness to Travel & Flexible Schedule:
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.Expect regular travel throughout central Florida region, and occasionally other areas of Florida, sometimes on short notice.Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.What We Offer

This position plays a key role in keeping projects organized, ensuring clear communication between the office and field teams, and helping work orders move smoothly from initial request through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator, you will help manage the administrative and logistical side of projects, including:
Coordinating work orders from start to completion
Scheduling technicians and confirming job details
Communicating with clients, vendors, and field technicians to verify scope, timelines, and materials
Reviewing photos, job notes, and reports from the field to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Assisting with estimates and invoicing (training provided)
Tracking material purchases, labor hours, and project costs
Following up on open work orders and pending items
Updating client portals and internal systems with project updates
Helping maintain organized records for projects and service calls
Supporting the operations team to ensure jobs stay on schedule and within scope
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with field technicians, vendors, and clients
Familiarity with construction, maintenance, or facility services terminology is a plus
Basic computer proficiency including:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Excel or spreadsheet tools
PDF editing and file organization
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Additional Skills (Helpful but Not Required):
Experience with facility management, construction coordination, or service-based businesses
Experience using work order or project management systems
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time Position
Monday – Friday
Occasional flexibility may be required for urgent projects or scheduling needs
Compensation based on experience
