    Overview

    The Product Specialist is responsible for executing the Customer Experience and sales strategy on behalf of Kering Beaut. This position plays a key role in delivering a captivating, branded customer experience and championing sales goals. This individual will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm's core values of: Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.

    Core ResponsibilitiesChampion and driving the Customer Experience by holding exceptional standards while supporting out of home base sales.Drive retail sales plan at the store level by exhibiting accountability for overall function of the Creed Sales Team including support to achieve sales plan in all designated stores in market.Responsible for productivity by achieving personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell including pre-sale and launch goals set by manager.Support and execute action plans based on market calendar to maximize sales, including executing presell launches and events in stores while partnering with management.Responsive for engaging with customers to build and promote brand awareness.Supporting monthly morning meetings; Department Wide Meetings, Store Wide Meetings, and Out of Home-base Meetings in conjunction with management and work collaboratively.Partner closely with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.Accountable for event presell, goals and set up.Required to open and close if position is based in a boutique location.Hourly range $28- $30, based on experience.Core RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferredRelevant experience demonstrating strong sales experience and proficiency in the retail/fragrance industryExperienced and comfortable with working within a retail environment and building relationshipsExcellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skillsPossesses strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills to support business needsPossesses good technical computer skills, keyboarding and is knowledgeable of various reporting tools and systemsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability and willingness to multi-taskPhysical ability to move in store including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, twisting etc.; ability to lift to 25lbs. This role will provide outstanding client service through proactivity, creativity, and organization. Core Responsibilities: Champion and drive The Customer Experience by being an example to the Coop and KBA Product Specialists. Develop Product Specialists to achieve personal sales goals by maximizing productivity via our selling ceremony and developing partnerships throughout the store to promote our fashion brands via intersell. Establish seasonal strategy and drives execution across territory. Manages team of FT/PT and temporary staff. Establish partnerships with store management and elevated services, (personal shoppers, store stylists, digital stylists, Bridal registry). Responsible for managing T including identification of growth to drive volume and brand awareness. Accountable for event presell and set up in partnership with store teams.
