The Housing Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in supporting the management of residential properties by working closely with a small team and directly reporting to the Property Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth tenant relations, overseeing lease administration, coordinating maintenance, and assisting with budget management to maintain property value and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and address tenant complaints effectivelyAdminister lease agreements and ensure complianceCoordinate property maintenance and oversee timely repairsAssist with budgeting and financial reporting tasksConduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeepManage vendor relationships and service contractsOversee rent collection and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with a small team of 1-3 members for operational efficiencyOccasional local travel for property visits and vendor meetings
Preferred Qualifications
