    Job Description

    This role is responsible for creating a quality customer service experience by interacting with customers in an inbound and outbound call center environment. These duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving issues, and maintaining a database. This position may include developing and qualifying sales leads.  The customer service coordinator is responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and helping to maintain a Voice of the Customer quality score.

    Summary

    The Sales Support Associate is responsible for generating bids using material cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategies.     Essential Functions

    Bid & Pricing Support

    Program & Product Management

    Systems & Documentation

    Create community kickoff documentation, ZBIDs, and floor plans in SAP.Create and maintain all related support documents for assigned product categories.Build and maintain digital forms for Design Studio Associates and clients.Utilize analytical, word processing, architectural, PDF, and publishing software for daily operations.


    Collaboration & Customer Support

    Build strong working relationships with Account Managers and client contacts.Work collaboratively in a team environment, assisting peers during peak workload periods.Participate in customer-facing interactions as required.


    Training & Subject Matter Expertise

    Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Sales Support processes and systems.Develop and deliver training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing staff.Mentor team members, supporting skill development and process consistency.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Education & Experience

    Required

    High school diploma or GED required.Minimum 1–3 years of applicable job experience preferred.


    Preferred

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.Residential construction industry experience preferred.Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for material resource planning and production control.

    The Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing incoming work orders, maintaining records, and compiling reports. This role will gather and translate all necessary customer and internal data to develop accurate and detailed orders that support successful installation. Also, will work in conjunction with branches, customers, and other internal teams to ensure orders are completed promptly.

     

     

    Essential Functions

    Performs accurate and timely entry of customer selection into the order processing system.Calculates and enters initial pricing at the time of order creation.Identifies and escalates gaps in company and customer ordering information with an appropriate level of urgency.Research shortages and provide accurate details of all shortage issues.Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress to leadership.Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry.Monitors and tracks customer orders to meet material lead times and ensure on-time delivery.Maintains customer rituals regarding selection, billing back-up, and order acknowledgments.Interacts with internal and external customers daily through clear and concise written and oral communication.Reviews job cost data to ensure accurate recognition of revenue.Enter job cost coding to reflect margin status.Investigates and resolve job cost margin discrepancies.Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.Under general supervision, exercises some judgment by well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior co-worker or supervisor.

     

    Education & Experience

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Specialized skills training/certification may be required.0-2 years of order entry and customer service experience preferred.Experience in a customer service or call center environment.SAP knowledge is a plus.Flooring or construction industry experience preferred.Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
