    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA who is looking for a long-term opportunity with consistent hours. This is an established case with a stable schedule, making it an excellent fit for someone who values routine and wants to build a meaningful relationship with one client over time.

    As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

    Full Time Caregiver Position:12 Hour Shifts (8AM - 8PM)7 Days a Week Available (3 days minimum)Long term case with reliable scheduling! Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience and licensingSame Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care forAdditional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

     

    As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

    Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionshipSupport mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concernsCreate meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

    As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need:

    Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per weekValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance - must be able to transport clientsCNA certification preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

    What You’ll Do 

    As a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), you will: 

    Assists the physician in evaluating the level of patient function and performance and equipment needs as well as in developing the resulting plan of care/treatment including appropriate long and short-term treatment goals, selection of interventions, and the intensity, frequency and duration of services to meet the needs of an individual patient.Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points as assigned.Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.Provides physical therapy services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
