    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Clinical Outpatient Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight of the Outpatient Services at the Greenridge Counseling Center. The Supervisor role ensures that outpatient mental health treatment is delivered within a best practice framework that is in full compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.


    KEY FUNCTIONS

    Provide clinical and administrative oversight of operations for Outpatient services.Provide rotating evening coverage onsite. Provide direct clinical supervision of program staff, including clinicians and clinical interns. This includes signing off on hours toward clinical licensure.Conduct routine performance evaluations as required by agency policy. Fulfill weekly billing requirements by conducting intakes and carrying a small caseload. Closely adhere to policies and procedures to promote quality care and fiscally sound business practices.Provide feedback on strategies to best streamline intake procedures, minimize waits for treatment, promote integrated care across programs, improve quality of care, and increase our capacity to serve more individuals. Support staff with incident reporting, review incident reports in a timely manner and work with Compliance Officer on any corrective steps. Weekly review of staff schedules to ensure they’re filled to capacity. Monitor staff compliance with attendance policy and ensure timely discharge of inactive cases and assignment of new clients. Weekly monitoring of program census, waitlist, staff caseloads, scheduling practices, billable hours and quality indicators including treatment engagement, retention, and treatment efficacy. Complete weekly review of staff documentation to ensure timely completion of progress notes and treatment plans to prevent delays with billing. Audit charts including utilization review for all staff on a quarterly basis at a minimum. Monitor staffing needs and work proactively with Human Resources to address any hiring, credentialing, or professional development needs. This includes an emphasis on expanding accessibility of Evidence Based Practices.Assist with community outreach, education, and events as requested. Serve as a clinical ambassador to build awareness and market program. Maintain strong relationships with community partnerships to promote integrated care.Supports clinicians with identification and referral of clients to appropriate behavioral health programming including D&A, BCM, Psychiatry, etc. Attend internal/external meetings as requested by the Clinical Outpatient Administrator.Embraces DEIA and guides programming in a manner that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility for clients and staff. Other duties as assigned.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A Pennsylvania licensed mental health clinician, including psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor (LPC) or clinical social worker (LCSW). A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a clinical mental health discipline, such as Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, and Marriage and Family Therapy. The Master’s degree must include clinical coursework in the foundations of behavioral health and the provision of mental health services and must contain at least (12) credit hours in core behavioral health coursework as defined above.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Must have Valid Childline, PA Criminal History and FBI Clearances prior to commencing work.5 years post-masters experience working with adults and children working in clinical settings (community mental health preferred). 1 year of administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of DSM-5, clinical formulation, and best practices in trauma-informed care. Must be willing to receive training in EBPs as directed with preference to candidates with training in CBT, TF-CBT or other EBPs. Must be willing to undergo credentialing for major insurances.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric services on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.


    Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as clinically appropriate.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with therapists, counselors, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings as needed.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, Interact policies and professional standards, including:Provide administrative and clinical leadership and consultation to the psychiatric outpatient clinic.Provide direct consultation and collaboration with CRNPs per the collaborative agreement(s).Participate in treatment planning and provide psychiatric consultation as needed.Maintain availability for psychiatric oversight of prescribing and client care in accordance with program requirements.Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards.Conduct chart reviews and ensure timely documentation in Interact’s Electronic Health Record (EHR).Provide consultation during compliance reviews, audits, or investigations.Complete all required training.


    Qualifications

    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

    Skilled, Independent Contractor will provide trauma-informed therapy to underserved populations on-site at community-based mental health outpatient clinic. This includes diagnostic assessments and individual, group, and family therapy for a diverse caseload of individuals (4 years of age and older) experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues.


    FUNCTIONS:

    Provide weekly client-centered, trauma-informed, individual, group, and family therapy as per the specifications outlined in the contract.With the individual’s consent, make concerted effort to engage identified support system in treatment.Provide initial and ongoing assessment of presenting issues, diagnostic impressions, and recommended course of treatment.Create treatment plan and routinely monitor progress in collaboration with client.Coordinate care with other involved professionals (including psychiatry, case managers, primary care physicians, etc) to ensure continuity of care.Enter intake and therapy appointments into electronic medical records at least 48 hours in advance.Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and time spent including minimum billing expectations commensurate with scheduled hours. This includes entering progress notes within 3 days of service, including supportive documentation (e.g., treatment plans, safety plans, case management notes, briefs, triage notes, discharge summaries, no show or cancellation notes).Encourage client’s consistent attendance by routinely reviewing attendance policy and providing weekly reminder calls. Discharge inactive cases in a timely manner to promote access.Provide linkage to identified resources as needed. This may include referrals for expanded mental health programming including Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Drug & Alcohol (D&A), Blended Case Management (BCM), Psychiatry or community services. Provide crisis intervention including safety planning as needed. This includes follow up and coordination of care when individuals go to the CRC or acute level of care.Attend all staff group supervisions and individual supervisions as required.Meet weekly billable requirements as agreed upon.Complete all mandatory trainings to maintain state, CBH, and NIAC credentialing; maintains all Continuing Education for licenses or certifications.Complete all mandatory training to maintain state, CBH, and NIAC credentialing. This includes obtaining Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) training or other training as requested and actively participating in appropriate EBP consultation group(s), that are held for one hour/month (if applicable). Communicate regularly with clinical supervisor to discuss current caseload, weekly productivity, and any relevant clinical or administrative questions or concerns to ensure the delivery of services accordingly.Function in full compliance with all agency policies/procedures and federal, state, and local laws.Participate in Interact’s Compliance Program, including reporting suspected violations of the compliance program or applicable laws or regulations to immediate supervisor or Deputy Director of Continuous Quality Improvement.Maintain necessary clearances, continuing education, licenses, and certifications to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Promote a safe work environment that embraces Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). Manage own tax and financial affairs.Other duties as assigned.


    PAYMENT:

    Agency will provide office space and support services including clinical supervision, administrative assistance, phone and computer, IT support, office supplies, and access to RELIAS for training and professional development.Contractor will be paid an agreed upon rate per hour for billable services provided.Contractor will submit invoices for billable services by the end of business day on Mondays. All required paperwork (including progress notes and up-to-date treatment plans must be completed) before the program supervisor will sign-off on invoices. Services delivered without a corresponding progress note or current treatment plan may not be paid. Late invoices (30+ days after service delivery) must be approved by the program administrator.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Contractors must meet one of the following criteria:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Services field.

    (i) Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.

    (ii) Has an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).

    (iii) Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience.

    Clinical license not required but preferred.Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.Previous experience providing behavioral health therapy to adults preferred.


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Required to show proof of Liability Insurance. Must have valid Childline, PA Criminal History, FBI Clearances prior to seeing clients.     The Resident Advisor's responsibilities are to prepare residents for independent living under the direction of the Program Manager and with the support of the Assistant Program Manager:
