IntePros is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate - Global Recruitment to join one of our growing Medical Device/Manufacturing clients in Tempe, AZ. The Talent Acquisition Associate will will help us shape the future talent profile of client. By identifying and attracting top talent to client, this recruiting associate will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. Ultimately, he/she will assist client in efficiently delivering on its talent needs to achieve our immediate and future business goals.
Talent Acquisition Associate Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plansSource, screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitionsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talentCollaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the businessHelp to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programsEstablish and build relationships with other recruiters and HR team to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wideProvide data, research and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplace and client's employer brand position to attract top talentManage all activities within the client applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer and onboardedParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needsAbide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
Talent Acquisition Associate Additional Responsibilities:
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline required
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or corporate setting required
Talent Acquisition Associate Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environmentDemonstrated success developing relationships and meeting new peopleStrong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channelsAbility to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independentlyKnowledge of sourcing techniques using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms
