* Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents in nearby areas
* Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team
* Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents
* Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards
* Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day
* Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships
* Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Qualifications and Skills
* Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
