As one of the fastest-growing insulation companies in the nation, we're looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations Manager (Future Sales-Only Focus) to join our team. You will initially manage both sales and operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time sales role as the company grows.

Your Role:
You’ll start by handling both sales and operational duties with the aim of transitioning into a sales-only role over time as we grow.
Initial Responsibilities (Sales & Operations):
Lead generation and exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
Preparing quotes, pricing schedules, and submitting contracts.
Building client relationships through networking events and outreach.
Developing and executing an operations strategy aligned with company goals.
Overseeing finances, scheduling, and quality assurance for projects.
Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff.
Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service standards.
Visiting clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote our products and services.
Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs.
Future Responsibilities (Sales-Only Focus):
Focus entirely on generating leads and securing new business.
Continue building client relationships and growing our customer base.
Attending and representing Spray Foam Genie at a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.
Requirements:
Sales experience, coupled with a deep understanding of both sales processes and operations dynamics.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.
Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics.
