DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transports patient care equipment and supplies as directed by dispatcher, lead, or manager. Completes distribution calls within allotted time standards.
Delivers and/ or sets up required equipment at various patient care areas throughout the hospital in a safe and efficient manner.
Reports to the nursing unit and notifies nursing staff or HUC of equipment being delivered and / or picked up and records delivery and / or pickup.
Notifies dispatcher, lead, or manager by radio or phone of completion of assigned duties and proceeds as instructed. If a delay or problem occurs in delivery of equipment, technician will inform dispatcher, lead, or manager and proceed according to instructions issued.
Returns equipment promptly to the Equipment Distribution department after pick-up and performs proper cleaning and infection control procedures per hospital policy and manufacturer specifications.
Performs basic operational check on all equipment made ready for distribution.
Inspects equipment for current and up-to-date preventive maintenance and delivers any out-of-date items to Clinical Engineering.
Makes rounds on multiple patient units at least three times per shift daily.
Knows the process to report broken equipment, also generate a work request, and delivers it to the proper area for repair.
Participates in in-service education sessions and related to training to increase personal knowledge of specific work-related issues and personal development.
Responds to customers (hospital staff and physicians) requests in a professional, helpful and timely manner in person and on the telephone.
Provides directions and other helpful information to visitors and others while performing distribution duties.
Follows departmental / hospital policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the account and the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for prolonged periods.

Responsible for technical leadership, support, and development of the West Region DI imaging service team. Partner with local teams to deliver expert service for diagnostic imaging equipment.
Includes training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring/leading escalations, cost productivity, and driving self-service capability.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Customer Relations

•Work with, promote vendor & OEM relationships to ensure service delivery requirements are met.

Administration

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering; or related technical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience: Ten (10) years multi-vendor/multi-modality DI service experience.

•Multi-modality, multi-OEM technical expertise.

•Ability to work remote (remote diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, and technical support) and travel nationally when needed.

•Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites, meetings, and training as required.

Job Summary:
The Field Training Manager will be responsible for effective onboarding of new Unit Directors and program execution. This role works under the direction of the Field Training Director and executes all onboarding activities for new UD’s. This position is responsible for ensuring centralized training standards. This position is expected to have the ability to train and mentor and is expected to travel nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of standardized onboarding programs for new Unit Directors leveraging preexisting materials.Track onboarding progress against required checklists and standards and escalate gaps or delays.Assist in maintaining current, accurate onboarding and training materials aligned with company standards.Utilize various training methodologies, including in-person, virtual, and hands-on training.Participate in select field visits, site assessments, and training engagements alongside or in support of the Director of Field Training.Provide field feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of onboarding programs and materials.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in clinical engineering to enhance training programs.Assist with coordination and communication related to onboarding sessions and training events.Help ensure new Unit Directors are connected to required systems, tools, and reference resources during onboarding.Preferred Qualifications:

Perform onsite medical device inventory validations utilizing the Company’s inventory tools, programs, resources, and asset management software program, while ensuring inventory captured is accurate.
· Assist team lead in providing technical assistance and instruction to other Asset Management team personnel regarding inventory process, methods, and scheduling.
· Report on physical inventory progress and completion to Asset Management Team Lead/Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associates degree in biomedical equipment technology or military training preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted. Certification(s) preferred i.e. CBET, A+, etc.
EXPERIENCE: Min 2 years servicing a broad representation of clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment.
· When necessary, direct Asset Management team members as the onsite inventory floor lead.
· Maintain documentation on new equipment found, CMMS discrepancies, and overall condition of medical devices inventoried
· Notify appropriate personnel when medical device has been located and in need of repair or due for scheduled maintenance.
· Maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, nursing and medical staff, vendors, manufacturers and general public.
· Participate in meetings, seminars, training, workshops and conferences as required.
· Make recommendations to the Asset Management Team Lead/Project Manager regarding strategies on inventory processes; keep supervisor informed of activities, needs and problems with approval of supervisor.
· Maintain an orderly and functional work environment ensuring tools and test equipment are in good working order and calibrated on time.
· Track all time and travel expenses associated with each account supported; report out by the end of each month of expense transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on a broad range of patient care and selected support equipment in compliance with established standards.Manages all assigned equipment and schedules service.Performs pre-acceptance inspections and develop PM procedures on equipment; maintains files on procedures and manuals.Ensures test equipment is working properly and calibrated within established intervals.Responds expeditiously to calls from clinical departments to evaluate and rectify valid operator complaints and concerns.Researches and initiates orders for repair parts, working within established budget parameters.Maintains purchase order log and validate invoices for payment (field service personnel only).Provides informal training to equipment users and Crothall Services Group staff as requested or when circumstances dictate.Makes recommendations to the Department Manager regarding service strategies on equipment; keeps supervisor informed of activities, needs and problems.Participates in the Quality Improvement / Risk Management program by gaining an understanding of the issues and concerns of customers and making recommendations for improvement.Maintains an orderly and functional work environment.Provides emergency on-call responsibilities as needed.Documents all significant asset related actions in compliance with department practices.Participates in department meetings.Collaborates with fellow technical personnel in department meetings to ensure they are kept abreast of technical updates and/or device related problems.Preferred Qualifications:
