The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)

The TIG Welder will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work on aircraft engine components in accordance with engineering and process routing instructions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Support a strong safety culture at all times.TIG weld or torch braze thin-wall tubes, ducts, manifolds, and related tubular products to aerospace quality standards.Fabricate parts and interpret blueprints, drawings, testing procedures, and assembly instructions.Work with tight-tolerance components using precision measuring tools.Set up work in jigs and fixtures as needed.Cold work tubes, ducts, and manifolds to meet check fixture requirements.Interpret routings and operation sheets to determine the most efficient repair approach.Operate orbital weld equipment.Clean, pressure test, bead blast, polish, and blend product as assigned.Identify opportunities for process improvement.Ensure finished products meet quality standards.Properly label, store, and dispose of hazardous materials.Perform other work assignments as directed.Location: Franklin, INQualifications:

Integrity Trade Services is partnered with a local furniture manufacturer in Cameron, TX. and we're looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to fill the Loader/Unloader positions at a warehouse facility. Loader/Unloaders to help with unloading shipping containers and loading outbound trucks in a busy, physically demanding warehouse environment. This job takes place in a non-climate-controlled facility, so candidates must be comfortable working in hot and grimy conditions, especially during the summer months. The Loader/Unloader will maintain production and quality standards, and a safe working environment while working as a team.
Loader/Unloader Tasks and Responsibilities
Load and Unload freight material from 45 ft shipping containers manually or using pallet jacks/hand trucks.
Load outgoing trucks safely and efficiently, maximizing space and protecting goods.
Efficiently and accurately pick orders based on customer requirements.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
Assist with other general labor and warehouse tasks as assigned, including but not limited to picking.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

The Assembler will be responsible for working as part of the Assembly Team to assemble component parts of an activity table/ work surface. The Assembler will maintain production and quality standards, and a safe working environment while working as a team.
Warehouse Assembler Tasks and Responsibilities
Apply components to Activity Tables/ Work Surfaces (mounting brackets, stretcher bars, etc.)
Utilize proper templates to apply components
Learn all aspects of assembly team/ positions
Will inspect all Activity Tables/ work surfaces per inspection procedures
Assembler must maintain a consistent production flow as provided by Production Matrix (30 AT’s per Hr.)
Provide assistants to other team members as needed
Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday - Hours will vary (Some Saturdays will be required depending on workload and department)
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of experience in a warehouse/ assembly line
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures
Must have the ability to utilize hand tools (drills, banding tools)
Must be able to thoroughly inspect Items per procedures (ensure quality)
Have the ability communicate effectively with management and team members
Member will have the ability to install, stage, and move materials down and assembly line
Must be able to work in a team environment or as an individual as needed
Lift up to but not limited to 50 pounds and moving, pushing, pulling heavy material on a regular basis.
