Responsibilities: We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in keeping equipment functioning efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring smooth facility operations to support production. Perform both routine and complex repairs and maintenance on diesel-powered production equipment and hydraulic systems Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing machines and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and facility-related issues, recommending and implementing solutions Replace, repair, and calibrate components to ensure reliable performance Perform general building maintenance such as lighting, HVAC assistance, minor plumbing, painting, and basic structural repairs Maintain accurate and up-to-date service and maintenance logs Operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic devices, and measuring equipment safely Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and equipment diagrams Monitor machinery performance and assist with identifying process or maintenance improvements Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines and standards Provide support and mentorship to less experienced maintenance staff when needed Location: Greenfield, IN Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday Typical start time is 3AM with 8-10 hour days Overtime as needed, some Saturdays. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Technical diploma or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulics, Industrial or Facility Maintenance preferred Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facilities within an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong understanding of preventative maintenance for both equipment and facilities Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and general facility issues Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints Knowledgeable of standard manufacturing and safety practices Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Capable of working independently or as part of a team Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined areas Must successfully complete safety training such as: Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) Working from Heights Confined Space Entry Forklift and Manlift Operation Crane Inspection procedures Must pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Skills: Welding and fabrication experience Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting Certifications such as ASE, HVAC, or other mechanical/hydraulic/facility credentials Equipment Commonly Maintained: Ottawa Yard Tractors Batch Plants Forklifts Man Lifts Ready-Mix Trucks Gantry and Overhead Cranes Small Engines and Related Equipment Benefits: Medical Dental Vision PTO 401k Read Less

Responsibilities: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all production, manufacturing, and operational activities within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment specializing in metal stamping and light assembly. This position ensures the effective performance of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across stamping operations, weld cells, and assembly lines. Strong expertise in automotive metal stamping is essential, along with proven leadership experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing settings. Operations Leadership Manage daily operations across metal stamping, press operations, spot welding, robotic MIG welding, and laser welding. Achieve and maintain targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and minimize downtime. Stamping Press Operations Supervise setup, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses. Improve die changeover efficiency, press scheduling, and OEE performance. Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure uptime and tooling performance. Quality Compliance Ensure products meet all customer specifications, dimensional tolerances, and established quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective action processes (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D). Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Production Management Develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer requirements and shipment deadlines. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions for deviations. Coordinate with logistics, materials, and supply chain teams to maintain seamless production flow. Team Leadership Development Lead, train, and develop production supervisors, team leaders, and hourly team members. Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee staffing plans, performance evaluations, and employee training initiatives. Continuous Improvement Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and methods such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Standard Work. Drive automation and process improvement strategies to enhance quality and reduce operational costs. Analyze production metrics to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Maintenance Equipment Reliability Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively. Support troubleshooting of presses, welding cells, robotics, and assembly systems. Recommend and justify capital investments to enhance safety, capacity, and operational efficiency. Location: Iuka, MS Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift, Monday-Friday 8-5. Overtime on Saturdays as needed. Qualifications: Required 5+ years of management experience in automotive metal stamping or high-volume manufacturing. Strong technical understanding of stamping processes, tooling, die setup, and press systems. Proven leadership in fast-paced, automated production environments. Experience with welding processes (spot, robotic MIG, laser) and automated assembly lines. Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and continuous improvement techniques. Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality standards. Experience with robotic welding systems or programming (Fanuc, ABB, etc.). Track record of successfully leading cross-functional production teams. Responsibilities include calibration control, corrective action processes, supplier and internal auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives such as AS9102 inspections and APQP/PPAP documentation.
