This "Earn While You Learn " role is designed for entry-level professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in Land Development and Transportation Project Planning. You will receive direct mentorship while contributing to high-impact infrastructure projects across the region. Responsibilities: Technical Design: Assist in the design and testing of engineering solutions for site layouts and transportation systems. Project Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers on planning, scheduling, and execution phases. Documentation: Draft technical reports, environmental impact summaries, and permit applications. Data Analysis: Conduct site research and analytical studies to overcome geographic and structural challenges. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations. Requirements: Education: BS in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical) from an ABET-accredited program. Certification: EI/EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire. Experience: 03 years in a professional engineering environment (Internships count!).
