     Position Summary The Fire Sprinkler Project Field Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, and service projects. This position ensures all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company quality expectations. The Supervisor acts as the primary on-site leader for field crews, coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project management teams to deliver exceptional results.
     Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Oversight Supervise and coordinate field crews on installation and retrofit projects for fire sprinkler systems. Ensure compliance with NFPA 13, local fire codes, and project specifications. Manage daily work schedules, manpower assignments, and job site logistics. Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality workmanship and progress. Oversee system hydrostatic testing, final inspections, and project close-out.  Team Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and develop field installers, fitters, and apprentices. Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support.  Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, contractors, and inspectors. ● Participate in project kickoff, coordination, and progress meetings. Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.  Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of daily activities, material usage, and project changes. Prepare and submit field reports, change orders, and as-built documentation. Ensure that inspection and testing documentation is complete and accurate.  Resource & Inventory Management Coordinate delivery, storage, and staging of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor project costs and control waste or rework. Verify that all equipment is properly maintained and returned after use.  
     Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Fire Protection, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.  Certifications NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred. OSHA 30 certification preferred. State-issued fire sprinkler license (if applicable).  Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and related fire protection standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving field challenges. Skilled in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

     Key Responsibilities Inspection & Testing Perform inspections and functional testing on fire alarm, sprinkler, special hazard, fire extinguishers and other life safety systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes. Verify proper operation of all devices, control panels, and suppression/discharge mechanisms. Conduct main drain, flow, trip, and alarm tests as applicable. Identify system deficiencies and provide recommendations for corrective action.  Documentation & Reporting Complete detailed inspection and testing reports accurately and on time.      Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fire protection systems preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inspection, testing, or service of fire and life safety systems.  Certifications NICET Level I or II in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Systems Inspection & Testing, or Special Hazards preferred. Backflow certification State or local licenses as required. Program fire alarm systems according to engineered drawings and project specifications.  Testing & Commissioning Conduct functional testing of all system components to verify proper operation.      Position Summary The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining water-based fire protection systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This role ensures that all work complies with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and manufacturer specifications while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.
     Key Responsibilities Service & Maintenance Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and local codes. Conduct flow tests, main drain tests, valve inspections, and visual checks of system components. Service and repair wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or upgrades.  Troubleshooting & Repairs Respond to emergency service calls for fire sprinkler system leaks, alarms, or malfunctions. Locate and repair leaks, replace defective valves, heads, or piping. Work independently or as part of a team to resolve service issues promptly.  Customer Service Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system status, repairs, and maintenance needs. Provide written service reports and explain inspection results to customers. Recommend improvements or system modifications when appropriate.  Compliance & Documentation Complete all inspection forms, service tickets, and deficiency reports accurately. Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, state and local codes, and company policies. Coordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) when required for testing and approvals.  Safety & Professionalism Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while working in the field. Maintain company tools, test equipment, and service vehicles in good condition. Keep up-to-date with code changes, new products, and industry best practices.  
     Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fire protection systems preferred. Minimum 2 years of fire sprinkler inspection, maintenance, or repair experience.  Certifications NICET Level I or higher in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems preferred. OSHA 10 or 30 certification desirable. State-issued fire sprinkler license (if applicable).  Skills & Competencies Solid knowledge of NFPA 25 and related fire protection standards. Ability to read and interpret sprinkler system drawings and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting.

     Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Oversight Supervise and coordinate field crews for fire alarm installation, maintenance, and service projects. Ensure work complies with NFPA codes, local fire regulations, and manufacturer specifications. Manage daily schedules, work assignments, and project timelines. Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality and progress.  Team Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and train field technicians on installation techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting. Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing skills development sessions. Provide performance feedback and support career growth for team members.  Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and general contractors. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred. Manufacturer certifications for major fire alarm systems (e.g., Notifier, Simplex, Siemens, EST) desirable.  Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable building/fire codes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
