    Qualifications:
    -Previous experience with 2-4 years in outside sales is preferred but we will train the right candidate
    -Ability to build rapport with new people quickly
    -Ability to work independently and manage your own time
    -Deadline, goal, and detail-orientation

    -Possess insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring

    What You'll Do

    Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to present and sell supplemental insurance productsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and responsive serviceProspect for new clients and grow a self-sustaining referral network using our proven systemSet and hit personal activity goals to drive your income and advancementGo through our intensive Sales Academy and then apply what you learn in the field with experienced mentors

    What We're Looking For
