Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated people in Fairfield County who want to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.

    You will receive ongoing training in Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST) as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement I-FAST as designed.

    The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $84,909.08 per year based on licensure and experience.

    Essential Functions:

    Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles, including but not limited to leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, understanding frames and patterns, and increasing mature behavior.Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family that gathers information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology to inform conceptualization of the problem behaviors and interactions within the family’s ecological context.Works with families to define cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and family behaviors to ensure ongoing engagement and success in care.Provide individual and family psychotherapy services that support the identified needs.Develop collaborative and creative partnerships with community resources to meet the needs of each family.Continuously work to engage the primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community agency staff (school, probation, child welfare) in change-oriented treatment.Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress, with ongoing support from your supervisor and team members.Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities designed to help you acquire extensive clinical skills within the I-FAST model.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that clients have access to support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week as needed.Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, and cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.Experience and passion for delivering services to youth and families.Demonstrating a high degree of cultural awareness.Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.Knowledge of or experience engaging with families in the community.Experience with multi-need individuals and families.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Treatment progress is made through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support, to name a few.

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

    The Care Coordination Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound model of care coordination, ensuring quality care for children and families/caregivers representing diverse socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. The supervisor has a thorough understanding of local community resources and are skilled at developing and maintaining working relationships with staff, clients, and community partners. This position will be responsible for serving Region H (Jackson, Pike, Meigs, Gallia, Highland, Fayette, Pickaway, Ross, Hocking, Vinton, and Athens Counties).

    The salary range for this position is $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

    Essential Functions:

    Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members through various methods including but not limited to team meetings/supervision and regular communications.Provide training for direct care coordinators in the home and community setting.Provide routine training, support and assistance to staff through individual and group conferences, assistance in analyzing case problems, and in improving their skills.Promote an ongoing culture of team member recognition and create an atmosphere of teamwork.Complete and maintain high fidelity wraparound training credential.Ensure completion of skill and competency-based training to supervise delivery of ICC and MCC. Review, provide feedback, and approve all required documentation – ensure completion of all required care plans, initial assessments and CANS, outcomes reports, etc.Ensures coordination and adherence of on-call rotationParticipate in ongoing fidelity review and monitoring system focused on consistent application of system of care principles, adherence to OhioRISE ICC/MCC planning process and service components.Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within systems pertaining to children or youth and family/caregiver being served to ensure the highest quality of services are being provided with focus on ensuring family voice and choice.Ability to assess needs in crisis situations and inform response.Respects confidential information. Ensures operations meet quality and compliance standards.Assures documentation meets Medicaid standards.Evaluates performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.Participate in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.All other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling, master's degree preferred.LSW/LPC required, LISW/LPCC preferred.Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services.Previous supervisory experience preferred.Experience working in the behavioral health field required, preferably experience working with multi-system youth, or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and autism.Knowledge of high-fidelity wraparound services preferred (training provided post-hire).Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrating professionalism with children, youth, families/caregivers, and colleagues, and partners.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay focusedAbility to prioritize multiple tasksDemonstrated clinical knowledge of children with co-occurring developmental disorder and complex behavioral health issuesExperience working within Electronic Health Record systems

    The Care Coordinator's job responsibilities involve service linkage and care coordination, engaging and working with children, youth, and families with significant behavioral health needs. Care Coordination team members should have a thorough understanding of local communities, be skilled at developing working relationships with community agencies, and identify potential community supports for development to assist families/caregivers working collaboratively with Child and Family Teams. Care Coordination staff ensure children, youth and families have a voice and choice in all coordinated care and services provided.

    The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $25.03 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

    Essential Functions:

    Joins with family to identify care coordination needs/services in line with service delivery standards and program outcomes to ensure the best outcomes for children, youth, and families.Works with families to define cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and family interaction styles to ensure ongoing engagement and success in care planning.Identifies strengths of children, youth, and families for utilization in care coordination engagement and supporting healthy outcomes.Coordinates family-based services for children, youth, and families in their home, school, and community.Ensures with family that services identified on care plans are the most appropriate, least restrictive, and meet the safety and treatment needs of the child, youth, and family.Engages and builds positive relationships with children, youth, and families in coordination with child and family teams to support the successful integration of team members and care plans.Develop collaborative and creative partnerships with community resources to meet the diverse needs of youth and families.Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.Remains current with all training requirements including but not limited to High Fidelity Wraparound, MI, Cultural Humility, etc.All other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience providing services and/or support to children and families connected to behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public sector human services or behavioral healthcare field:three years with a high school diploma or equivalent; ortwo years with an associate degree or bachelor's degree; orone year with a master's degree or higherThose with lived experience are encouraged to apply.Knowledge and experience in Hi-Fidelity Wraparound preferred (Certification provided at time of employment).Two years of experience in a coordinated supportive services or care coordination role preferred.Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.Experience in one or more of the following areas:family systemscommunity systems and resourcescase managementchild and family counseling or therapychild protectionchild developmentBe culturally humble or responsive with training and experience to manage complex casesHave the qualifications and experience needed to work with children and families who are experiencing serious emotional disturbance (SED), trauma, co-occurring behavioral health disorders and who are engaged with one or more child-serving systems (e.g. child welfare, intellectual and developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, education)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and prioritize multiple tasksDemonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness.Experience with multi-need individuals and families.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems care coordination.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Valid Driver License required

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated people in Morgan County who want to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.

    You will receive ongoing training in the Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) model as you work with families, children/youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement I-FAST as designed. I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Workers work in collaboration with all involved to address the needs of youth and families that are experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses, including complex cases of children at risk for out-of-home placement. You will empower families to address challenging and/or problematic behavior and to help children/youth aged 5-21 make life-transforming changes. Treatment progress is made through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support, to name a few.

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

    Essential Functions:

    Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model and principles. Some principles include leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, understanding sequences of behavior, and increasing mature behavior.Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family: gather information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology to inform conceptualization of the problem behaviors and interactions within the family’s ecological context.Comfort working with a diverse community of clients.Knowledge of the types of families in the community.Continuously work to engage the primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community agency staff (school, probation, child welfare) in change-oriented treatment.Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress, with ongoing support from your supervisor and team members.Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities designed to help you acquire extensive clinical skills within the I-FAST treatment model.Assure, along with fellow clinicians, that clients have access to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week support as needed.Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience working with multisystems such as: Court, Child Protective Services, Schools, OhioRise, Family Children First CouncilCurrent license/certification, including LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC, is preferred.Experience working with complex family systems and youth who are experiencing severe emotional/mental health issues.Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.Experience with multi-need individuals and families.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
