The IT Helpdesk Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continuous improvement of the IT Helpdesk function across the organization. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and customer-focused technical support services while aligning helpdesk operations with organizational priorities, clinical workflows, and enterprise IT standards.
In addition to maintaining hands-on technical competency, the Helpdesk Manager provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for a team of helpdesk technicians. The role is accountable for service delivery metrics, ticket management, staff development, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices that enhance end-user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The salary for this position is $75,006.00 to $95,190.00 annually, based on experience
Essential Functions
Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the Information Technology Helpdesk function, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused technical support services across the organization.Directly supervise, mentor, and manage a team of Helpdesk Technicians, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing work environment.Manage, prioritize, and oversee all inbound IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, appropriate escalation, and minimal operational disruption.Establish, monitor, and report on helpdesk performance metrics, including service level agreements (SLAs), response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Develop, implement, and maintain helpdesk policies, procedures, and standard operating practices aligned with organizational and IT governance standards.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize helpdesk workflows, ticket management processes, and service delivery outcomes.Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues as needed.Ensure proper account management processes, including user provisioning, access control, and security compliance.Oversee endpoint device lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning in accordance with established procedures.Monitor and ensure completion of preventative maintenance activities across all supported systems and endpoint devices.Lead onboarding and ongoing training for helpdesk staff, ensuring technical competency and adherence to service standards.Conduct training sessions for staff and end users to promote system knowledge, efficiency, and self-service capabilities.Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional departments to support system implementations, upgrades, and organizational initiatives.Maintain oversight of IT inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all equipment.Ensure all helpdesk interactions are properly documented within the ticketing system in a timely and consistent manner.Follow up on support requests and analyze trends to improve service quality and reduce recurring issues.Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols, including virus remediation, endpoint protection, and user awareness.Participate in organizational and IT governance initiatives, contributing to policy development and compliance efforts.Evaluate the performance of helpdesk staff, conduct formal performance reviews, and recommend appropriate personnel actions.Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members through regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing communication.Adhere to the ISBH Confidentiality Policy.Participate in New-Hire Orientation as needed.Travel to offices throughout the service area is required.All other duties assigned.Minimum Requirements:

You will receive ongoing training in the Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) model as you work with families, children/youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement I-FAST as designed. I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Workers work in collaboration with all involved to address the needs of youth and families that are experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses, including complex cases of children at risk for out-of-home placement. You will empower families to address challenging and/or problematic behavior and to help children/youth aged 5-21 make life-transforming changes. Treatment progress is made through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support, to name a few.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions:
Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model and principles. Some principles include leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, understanding sequences of behavior, and increasing mature behavior.Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family: gather information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology to inform conceptualization of the problem behaviors and interactions within the family’s ecological context.Comfort working with a diverse community of clients.Knowledge of the types of families in the community.Continuously work to engage the primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community agency staff (school, probation, child welfare) in change-oriented treatment.Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress, with ongoing support from your supervisor and team members.Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities designed to help you acquire extensive clinical skills within the I-FAST treatment model.Assure, along with fellow clinicians, that clients have access to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week support as needed.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:

Groundwork Residences is a Level II Recovery Housing program owned and operated by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health and certified by Ohio Recovery Housing. Groundwork provides safe, stable housing for women in recovery from substance use and their children.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions: PEER CBHW
Provides supportive services in the home and community to individuals and families living in Groundwork Recovery Homes.
Provides recovery support education via modeling and direct peer support.
Encourages and coordinates resident engagement in recovery activities, community activities and volunteer opportunities.
Assists residents with treatment plan goals including basic life skill development, such as scheduling and keeping appointments, obtaining employment, maintaining documents, financial planning, and resource assistance.
Assists residents with building a support system and recovery plan by providing direct accountability, advocacy, and support.
Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.Other duties as assigned.Essential Functions: In-Home Childcare Aide
Provides childcare support for treatment, employment, and recovery activities to residents living in Groundwork Recovery Housing.Coordinates with residents and supervisor to build a childcare schedule weekly.Completes Childcare-related documentation and forms as assigned.Prioritizes childcare needs for residents and supplements schedule/hours with other supportive services for residents and children.Maintains First-Aid and CPR certificationMinimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.3+ years' experience in a Behavioral Health or Substance Use field preferredOhio Peer Recovery Support Certification preferredLived experience with Substance Use or Behavioral Health preferredDemonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.Experience with multi-need individuals and families.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Willing to vary work hours significantly to create a flexible schedule to adjust seasonally according to resident/child needs.Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with an appropriate level of insurance coverage.Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package.

Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred people, families, and communities.Directly provides home and community behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.Meets people wherever they may be with support for self-management of health and well-being.Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, and cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.Supporting the development of growth in neighboring counties.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum three years of directly relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.High School Diploma.Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.Experience with multi-need individuals and families.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with an appropriate level of insurance coverage.Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package.
