What You’ll Do:
Organize, lead, and control all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects from initial inspection through completionManage multiple active jobs simultaneously while serving as the overall lead for customer experienceVisit job sites to validate scopes of work, obtain contracts, and take customer selectionsOwn project budgets end-to-end—writing accurate scopes, tracking costs, and documenting all change orders and supplementsCoordinate in-house crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to keep projects on scheduleMaintain clear, consistent communication with insureds, adjusters, and internal teamsKeep thorough project documentation in Dash and Xactanalysis
