  Integrated Restoration — Lead Carpenter

  Location: Cleveland
  Pay: Depending on experience
  Employment Type: Full-time

  Key Responsibilities

  Rebuild and restore residential/commercial properties after fire, water, storm, or structural damagePerform:FramingDrywall installation/finishingTrim and finish carpentryPainting and cabinetryStructural repairsWindow/door restorationRead scopes and plans with minimal supervisionCoordinate with project managers and restoration specialistsMaintain safe and clean job sitesParticipate in emergency board-up/on-call rotationLead and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed

  Qualifications

  3+ years of carpentry or restoration experienceSkilled in framing, drywall, finish work, painting, and remodelingAbility to troubleshoot and work independentlyReliable transportation and clean driving recordOwn standard hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanship
