This part-time evening position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arriveAnswer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefitsAssist with patient paperwork and collect payments as neededSupport therapists with day-to-day administrative tasksKeep the front desk and waiting area organized and invitingDeliver excellent customer service to patients and team members
