Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all Life Sharing and In-Home Support programs to ensure high-quality, person-centered careRecruit, train, supervise, and mentor direct support professionals and program staffDevelop and monitor individualized support plans in collaboration with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, including ODP (Office of Developmental Programs) standardsBuild and maintain relationships with life sharing families, community partners, and funding agenciesMonitor program budgets, documentation, and reporting requirementsLead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developmental disabilities, human services, or community living programsPrior supervisory or director-level experience in a related settingStrong knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP regulations and waiver servicesExperience with Life Sharing (family living) and In-Home Support models preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbout Us:Integrated Community Living and Par is a dedicated human services organization based in Allentown, PA, committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, meaningful lives within their communities.
