Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryBe ready and quick with your knowledge and experience to ensure guest safety and comfort and a safe environment critical to fellow associates.Great team player / assisting with other departmentsMaintain Records and logs (experience using Quore will be a plus)Respond swiftly and effectively to every emergency that arises during your shift. Respond swiftly and effectively to every crisis that occurs while on call. Help keep the mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean and maintain legible, orderly recordsCleaning the poolPrevious Hotel / Apartment experience is a plusProvide shuttle service to our guests when needed during your shift.Be prepared to complete special projects whenever askedQualifications:
