Integral Builders is hiring a Skilled Carpenter to assist Project Managers in completing contracted work and change orders to the satisfaction of the customer. This role is ideal for someone with solid carpentry experience who is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work within established company procedures while contributing to a collaborative crew environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry on residential and light commercial projectsAssist with additions, framing, decks, remodels, siding, and exterior renovationsSupport metal roofing and post-frame or pole barn construction projectsFollow project scope, company procedures, and safety expectationsWork closely with Project Managers and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and professionallyHelp maintain tools, trailers, and general shop/jobsite organizationAssist with cleanup and shopkeeping responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of carpentry, remodeling, or framing experienceUnderstanding of general construction best practicesAbility to follow standard operating proceduresTeam-oriented with respectful communication skillsDependable, adaptable, and safety-consciousPhysical strength and the ability to work at heightsValid driver's license requiredReliable transportation to travel to job sites is required.Access to a smartphone for time tracking (company systems used).Experience with metal roofing, post-frame buildings, or pre-engineered steel buildings is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
Full-timeMonday through Friday7:15 AM to 5:15 PMHours may vary seasonally based on workload and weather conditions.
