Integra Loan Tech, a rapidly expanding lending technology developer based in Brentwood, TN currently has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Representative focused on lead generation working with Banks, Credit Unions, and Mortgage Bankers.
$20 per hour + Commissions.
20-25 hours per week.
Candidate must be located in the Brentwood/ Franklin/Nashville area.
Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a small, but fast-growing company, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities. Besides bookkeeping and office management, you will also be required to perform HR functions.
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), your duties will include the following:

As an IT Specialist for a small but fast-growing company, you will support day-to-day technical operations and help ensure all systems run smoothly. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT, including user support, system maintenance, and basic network troubleshooting.

DUTIES:
Provide front line support for Integra clients. This includes answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails within the Service Level Guideline standards.Capture all pertinent information during client interactions, and create new support tickets in with all relevant data and information.Follow-up, track, and document issue progress.Communicate with the client on the status of ongoing issues.Troubleshoot simple-to-complex issues with the EPIC LOS system and related systems.Work with development and quality assurance departments to understand and replicate issues.Provide possible workarounds to client.Provide manual testing steps and examples in JIRA ticketing system for development department when a software code problem is identified.Provide clients with lending document updates when requested.Send notifications of software updates to client base.Provide software training to Integra clients via remote training sessions.Desired Experience:
3 years of customer service experience is mandatory (customer service experience in an IT and/or banking environment is preferred).3 years of experience with mortgage, consumer, and/or commercial lending through a bank, mortgage lender, or credit union is preferred.Desired Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

DESCRIPTION
INTEGRA Software Systems is looking for a detail-oriented person for a full-stack developer, which is a full-time salaried position in the financial software industry. This person will be using their knowledge of programming languages to learn how to maintain Integra’s existing software solution, and will then take this new knowledge to help Integra develop its next generation front end web site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Initially, will learn the architecture of INTEGRA's current web site and will help maintain this code base.
Will need to become familiar with INTEGTA's back-end library which is used to calculate large amounts of information and serve up data to the front end.
After a sufficient learning period, will work with INTEGRA's system architect to design and develop a new front-end.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an entry-level position.
Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, Html, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and/or other related languages
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of different Responsive Design frameworks and Google Materials Design is a plus
Knowledge of the finance/mortgage industry is a plus
