    Overview
    This is a true Senior Project Manager role within an MSP environment. The PM will own planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution oversight for multi-client maintenance, patching, and remediation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving timelines, managing risk, ensuring approvals, and maintaining delivery accountability across engineering teams and client stakeholders.     AutoCAD Drafting & Design

    Revise and maintain piping design drawings, mechanical design drawings, pipeline alignment sheets, instrumentation & electrical drawings, etc., using AutoCAD. Review and edit drawings, such as PFDs, P&IDs, general equipment layouts, facility plot plans, equipment/instrument lists, etc., consistent with industry and internal standards.

    Pipeline Documentation & Records Management

    Identify, package, and maintain pipeline alignment sheets, horizontal directional drill (HDD) information, and related documentation for operational and regulatory use. Process drawing updates, transfers, and revision control in accordance with established procedures. Extract and organize drawing metadata such as equipment lists, valve lists, instrument lists, and data sheets. Maintain accurate records of document changes, transmittals, correspondence, and drawing history.

    Project Support & Collaboration

    Support multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating drafting and design inputs across internal stakeholders and third-party engineering partners. Participate in project meetings as needed to understand scope, gather data, and provide drafting-related input, and provide guidance on compliance with Enterprise Standards Communicate with vendors or third-party drafters to resolve CAD issues such as missing or conflicting external references (Xrefs). Assist with file bundling, transmittals, distribution packages, and preparation for project kickoff or handover

    Qualifications (required):

    3+ years of drafting and design experience using AutoCAD software. Demonstrated experience interpreting and maintaining piping drawings, mechanical drawings, pipeline schematics, and alignment sheets.
