Management Position Available In Hughes Springs, Texas Insta-Cash Pawn is looking for a qualified bilingual individual to join our team. As a member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for all Pawnbroker tasks including writing pawn loans, processing buys, sales to retail customers and providing great customer service. Additionally, the Management Team is also responsible for supervising employees, assigning employees to specific tasks, taking inventories, training, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and/or preparing daily paperwork. The Management Team ensures compliance of employees.
