    Job Overview:

    As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.

    WEEKENDS ONLY - FRIDAY-SUNDAY -

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Front desk experience, preferably in a residential building

    • Familiarity with fire alarm panels

    • Strong situational awareness, including monitoring cameras and following established protocols deliveries

    (checking vendors in, confirming parking location, and ensuring vehicles are parked in authorized areas before service is

    allowed)

    • Ability to remain professional and firm when enforcing building policies

    • Limited cellphone use while assigned to the front desk

    • Ability to monitors cameras and controls access to the building

    • Computer literacy, including the ability to prepare incident reports

    • Dependable and flexible, including the ability to remain on duty if relief is delayed until a replacement arrives

    • Dress code is all black until uniforms are purchased by the building

    • Stand and acknowledge each time a person comes to the desk. Provides exceptional customer service.

    • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.

     

    Skills & Qualifications:

    x High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

    x Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.

    x Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    x Multiple language fluency is desirable.

    x Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

     

    Physical Requirements:

    x Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.

    x Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.

    x Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.

    x Reach with hands and arms.

    x Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.

    x Complete all required forms.

    x Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.

    x Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
