Shifts Available: 1st Shift (6:45am-3pm) 2nd Shift (2:45 pm 11:00 pm) 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7am) Training: Must train on 1st shift Pay: $19.00$21.00/hr Type: Temp-to-hire Weekly Pay + long-term opportunity Job Responsibilities: Work on a team of 34 operating and setting up forge and trim presses Move and position hot billets using hand tools and material handling equipment Operate forging machines and visually inspect parts for quality Assist with die changes, setups, and press adjustments Follow all safety procedures in a hot, active production setting Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (press operation transfers well) Strong mechanical aptitude hands-on experience with machines or vehicles is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Consistent work history longevity and reliability matter Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen and background check Company Overview: Since 1992, Inova Staffing Services has helped businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs.     Job DescriptionJob Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coat Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality finishes while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


    Job Responsibilities

    Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating.Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.Inspect coated parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Adjust spray equipment to achieve proper coverage and finish.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.


    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Powder Coat Sprayer is required.Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and finishing processes.Ability to recognize and correct coating defects.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work additional hours or adjust schedules based on production needs.

    Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PMThursday, Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
