    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the JobWe are looking for an Office and Logistics Coordinator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a very hands-on role where you will manage our incoming and outgoing shipments, track inventory, send out PR packages, and make sure the office stays clean and organized.

    If you genuinely enjoy organizing, do not mind rolling up your sleeves to clean or move boxes, and get satisfaction from keeping a space running well, we would love to hear from you.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Carefully pack and ship out product samples and PR gift packages to influencers and partners, ensuring they look neat and presentable.Handle all incoming and outgoing mail through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.Open packages, distribute deliveries to the team, and track down any lost or delayed shipments.Keep an accurate count of our products, PR materials, and basic office supplies so we do not unexpectedly run out.Keep the storage areas, shelves, and closets organized and easy to navigate.Clean, wipe down, and tidy the kitchen, common areas, and meeting rooms throughout the day.Break down shipping boxes, take out the trash and recycling, and keep the office presentable for guests.Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee, and ensure common spaces have the supplies they need.Who We Are Looking For

    You have some experience in a hands-on environment, such as a retail stockroom, shipping department, or office assistant role.You double-check addresses before shipping, notice when supplies are getting low, and care about the quality of your work.You are comfortable with physical work, which includes being on your feet, breaking down heavy cardboard, and lifting boxes up to 40 lbs.You know your way around standard spreadsheets, email, and feel comfortable learning basic shipping software.You have a great attitude and are just as happy tidying up the kitchen as you are organizing a major shipment.
