What You’ll Do
Discovery
Partner with Account Executives on projects of all sizes from quick wins to complex, large-scale installsActively engage with customers and influencers to identify project needs and solutions Support client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site visitsAssist with site measurements, inventories, and space assessmentConfidently explain product benefits and guide clients toward the best solutionsCreate preliminary budget pricingStay current with trends, vendors, and CEU opportunitiesBuild strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partnersDesign & Solutions
Solve real client challenges through thoughtful design and product selectionCreate space plans, layouts, and renderingsDevelop engaging customer presentations Produce finish packages and detailed product specificationsMaintain proactive communication with project team Source installation quotes and navigate contracts to deliver best-value pricingSupport RFP responses with professional documentationFinalize pricing and installation documentsTeam & Showroom Experience
Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop design solutions, contributing ideas that support both the client vision and team goalsEngage with teammates sharing ideas, asking questions, and supporting one anotherAssist walk-in customers in selecting furniture solutionsManage priorities with a customer-first mindsetContribute to a positive, energized, and solution-driven work environmentStep in where needed, knowing the best work happens when teams work togetherWhat You Bring
Education & Experience
2–4 year Interior Design degree4+ years of relevant interior design or contract furniture experienceTechnical Skills
Strong proficiency in: CoreMicrosoft OfficeCETCyncly WorksheetProfessional Strengths
