Key Clinical Functions
Interventionist will represent IBT in a professional, loyal, and ethical manner and will make daily decisions that are in accordance with IBT policies and procedures.Acts as 1:1 interventionist to address behavioral issues and overall wellness.Maintains HIPAA compliance.Documents all time spent with client in client's fileMaintains accurate notes and documentation.Interventionist will attend and take notes at all clinic meetings.Interventionist will provide appropriate feedback and suggestions during each clinic meeting.Interventionist will volunteer to demonstrate program during each clinic meeting.Interventionist will review and initial communication log at the start of each session. Interventionist will adhere to the drills and techniques as specified in each child’s program.Provide Parent generalization trainingQualifications:
Interventionist must be an active student or graduate from an accredited institution of higher learningInterventionist must be credentialed as an active Registered Behavioral Technician on or before the end of the probation period.Compassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills*Please note advertised pay scale is for BA/BS level staff. Non-Degreed staff pay scale range is $20.75/hr - $25/hr
