    Job Summary
    This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.

    Essential Duties and REsponsibilities
    Completes the assigned portions of the MDS for Nursing. Signs the MDS forms to signify completion of the process. Maintains residents selfesteem, privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Assists to maintain safe, pleasant, orderly resident living areas. Completes nursing portion of MDS and reviews for completion and validity of entire process. Queries other members for accuracy of MDS; and provides final quality check prior to MDS transmission. Receives and shares information. Observes and reports residents conditions. Communicates with physicians using center/campus systems. Directs and assists with co-worker, resident, family/significant other education. Provides support and recognition
    to co-workers related to completion of the RAI / MDS process. Uses the EMR accurately.
    Basic Responsibilities:
    This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the Society's Corporate Compliance Program.

    Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification:

    Job Duties:
    Seeking a moderate Sedation nurse in the OR. Cares for a wide variety of patients. Specialties include orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, orthopedic, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma (level 1 trauma center). There are 2 Davinci robots that are used by multi-services. The transplant program involves livers, kidneys, and hearts.

    Job Requirements:
    - RN License (NY License ONLY)
    - Moderate Sedation Experience Required
    - IR Experience Required
    - Two (2) years Experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred

    Certification(s):
    - BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

    Schedule: D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs
