    Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Head of Sales who can scale revenue, strengthen sales strategy, and lead major pitches across performance media, creative, and influencer marketing. You’ll help deepen our positioning, sharpen our storytelling, and support a team with momentum.You will pitch. You will build decks. You will lead the room. And you will shape exactly how
    the client shows up in the market. You will bring confidence and control to complex sales cycles while ensuring pitches are clear, differentiated, persuasive, and free of fluff.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute the company’s sales and GTM strategy

    Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives and SDRs

    Own global sales performance and revenue outcomes

    Manage and grow enterprise-level accounts

    Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and close rates across mid-market & strategic deals

    Qualify and prioritize deals - knowing what to pursue and what to walk away from

    Drive clarity around pricing logic, margin, and commercial structure

    Lead or co-lead all high-stakes pitches and RFPs

    Shape the narrative, pricing strategy, and positioning

    Decide when founder involvement is required

    Own how the client presents itself in-market

    Set the standard for taste, storytelling, and optics

    Personally build or refine decks when needed

    Structure decks around insight - strategy - outcome

    Craft repeatable pitch tracks that are tight, deliberate, and high-impact

    Align AEs, Creative Strategy, and Growth Strategy into one unified sales motion

    Raise the team’s standards around storytelling, pitching, and deal hygiene

    Qualifications

    Required:

    7+ years senior experience selling performance media, creative, or influencer marketingExperience in marketing, creative, or media environmentsDeep understanding of:CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementalityCreative strategy as a performance leverInfluencer economics & paid amplificationProven ability to manage and coach sales teamsStrong enterprise sales background with excellent storytelling and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to translate creative or strategic value into ROI-focused business resultsStrong instinct for optics, narrative clarity, and positioningComfortable building decks and leading pitches end-to-endCalm, confident presenter who can control a roomCommercial sharpness across pricing, scope, margin, and riskHigh standards and a bias for actionTrack record of building scalable, repeatable sales systems Read Less
